Big news for Philly spilled tonight at the last @lululemon summer series at @bok_bar with the NOW PERMANENT @305fitness in Philadelphia! Owner @iamannalogan signed the lease yesterday to house the @305fitness workout in Philly for good!!! This workout comes with live original music, fun and engaging instruction, and choreography that’s totally doable yet modern and cool — this workout isn’t just jumping around for 45 minutes. I am so excited for Anna and her new 305 Fitness team to bring this amazing workout to our city… permanently! I use a towel rental service and it took 2 weeks of running out and me apologizing to members to realize that I actually have another option.

I thought the thing I needed to do was order more because we were running out too quickly but the rental company forgot to deliver the extras this week. There’s a big class coming up and not having towels just wasn’t an option.

There’s a lot I can’t control, but I’m learning there’s usually more than one thing I can do in many situations. This one was pretty straightforward, most others just require some out of the box thinking.

For our first episode, we pulled up on Anna Logan, owner of 305 Fitness Philadelphia, while she was literally in the middle of doing her thing. 💃🔥

No perfect setup. No rehearsed answers. Just fun questions and a real conversation about something almost every entrepreneur experiences:

The best 12 hours in NYC!

I don’t have too many memories of my dad left. But one that sticks out so clearly is watching the 1999 finals run in our living room together. They obviously fell short but watching it together cemented something for life.

I learned this week that my dad actually went to a Knicks game at MSG in the early 90s. He was in awe of the spectacle - it wasn’t something he had never experienced before. Or (I’m pretty sure) again.

Watching this game surrounded by friends and my brother is exactly how he would have wanted it to go.

What a difference a year makes!

Last year I was outside at Pride hoping to get someone to dance with me. This year, there’s 3 classes full of people who not only want to dance to a variety of Pride themes but are also willing to try to our new strength format!
