🚨 NEW SERIES ALERT: We just popped up at work 😂🎤

For our first episode, we pulled up on Anna Logan, owner of 305 Fitness Philadelphia, while she was literally in the middle of doing her thing. 💃🔥

No perfect setup. No rehearsed answers. Just fun questions and a real conversation about something almost every entrepreneur experiences:

What do you do when you start doubting yourself?

What keeps you going when business gets HARD?

And how do you find the energy to keep showing up when part of you wants to say, “I’m done”? 😅

Because behind the businesses we admire are real people who have doubted themselves, struggled, questioned everything… and kept going anyway.

This is the FIRST of many. 👀🎤

We’re popping up on business owners, entrepreneurs and creators around the city to talk about the side of building something that doesn’t always make it to Instagram.

A little motivation.
A little chaos.
A lot of realness. 😂✨

📍First stop: 305 Fitness Philadelphia
🎤 Featuring: Anna Logan

Who should we pop up on next? 👀 Drop their name below! ⬇️

Meet Anna—the HBIC behind 305 Philly 💖

Anna took her first 305 class back in 2017 and kept finding her way back to it through moves, pop-ups, and even pandemic workouts. Dance and movement were always her outlet, so when she found herself unhappy at work and questioning what was next, 305 kept coming up again and again. One day someone made an offhanded comment about 305 and one conversation with @sadiekurzban later, it was happening.

By the time 305 Philly launched in February 2025, she had gotten laid off, but that actually turned out to be for the best. What started as a personal leap quickly became something so much bigger. From that very first class at UMA, Anna fell in love not with just doing the work to make the class happen, but with seeing how much everyone enjoyed themselves in class. In her words, she “literally got chills” during that first class at UMA. Clients were connecting with each other, leaving class glowing, and rediscovering joy through dance. From that point on, it became more about building community than just building a new career path for herself.

Anna sees 305 in Philly as the perfect match — both are bold, loud, and a no fucks given kind of place. Her goal is simple: for as many people as possible to experience what joyful movement can feel like, whether you “have rhythm” or not because how can you walk into a pink building and NOT get an automatic serotonin boost!!

Nervous to try your first class? Anna’s advice: Bring a friend! And then go to brunch or dinner afterwards. Make it into a thing. And let go of any expectations! Literally no one else cares what you look like so you shouldn’t either 💁‍♀️

If you’ve been to the studio you’ve probably already met Anna, but if not make sure you say hi during your next visit!!
