Life gave me a plot twist. I gave it a new narrative. ✨

In 2014, I was chasing the Mr. Nigeria title and runway dreams. One accident changed my path, but it didn’t stop my walk.

I traded the heels for the wheels. ♿️

Imagine an organization investing heavily in accessibility tools and legal compliance. On paper, they’re perfect. But when a professional with a disability walks in, they still encounter isolation, low expectations, and a culture that doesn’t know how to collaborate with them.

Why? Because compliance opens the door, but culture is what determines whether someone can stay and thrive.

Buying tools without Disability Awareness Training is just a checklist exercise—not an intentional strategy. You cannot intentionally include a demographic you do not understand. ❌
