TRIGGER WARNING‼️
Have you ever touched the ferocious fire inside you?
The one that doesn’t whisper but roars?
The one that doesn’t ask permission but demands to be felt?

A few days ago, I hung out with mine.
In a full-bodied, blood-boiling, earth-shaking rage ritual.
And it was pure soul medicine.

What is clear to me is that rage is not the enemy ~ it’s a freaking portal back to my truth.
To my boundaries.
To my sovereignty.
To my freedom.

It gives voice to the parts of me I’ve silenced for far too long.  Our fire is not the problem ~ it’s the path.

Here’s what I’ve learnt…
When we don’t meet our fire with devotion,
it turns on us.
It festers.
It explodes.
It leaks out in sharp words, tight throats and silent shutdowns.
It burns our bodies with tension, migraines and gut issues.
It lashes out at the ones we love because we didn’t give it somewhere sacred to go.

Our rage deserves a temple, not a prison!

So build the practice.
Scream, shake, move and weep.
And in return, it’ll show you the parts of yourself you’ve been dying to reclaim.

My curiosity is…
What would happen if we stopped fearing our fire and started dancing with it?

I read recently in my gene keys that I’m supposed to ask the world questions… so my question to you is:
How often do you let your rage speak?
What would it tell you?
What has it taught you?
What did it free you from?
What did it unlock?

And more importantly…
Do you trust yourself to hold your own fire? Is it even alive?
Or are you still pretending you don’t burn? Trying to tame your wild?

This is your invitation babes.
To feel it.
To free it.
In safe and healthy ways.
Liberation here we come!

Who are the women who stand in the fire with you?

True sisterhood isn’t just about standing in the light…it’s about standing in the fire.
The fire of discomfort, of growth, of radical honesty. The sacred flames that burn away the masks we’ve worn for too long, revealing the raw, tender truth beneath.

Who are the women who don’t flinch when the heat rises?
The ones who say,
“Hey, that didn’t feel good.” Or
“I’m scared to say this, but it matters.” And
“I love you enough to tell you the truth, even if it’s uncomfortable.”

These are the women who choose truth over comfort, love over ease, and integrity over avoidance.

They don’t stand outside the fire, pointing fingers or waiting for it to die down.
They step in with you, barefoot and brave, knowing that fire doesn’t just destroy…
It refines.
It reveals.
It purifies.

Sisterhood is the sacred mirror that reveals and lights the way forward.
It’s the reflection that says, “I see you - ALL of you.”
And the fire that whispers, “Now let’s burn away what isn’t real.”

We don’t always have models for this kind of connection. Many of us grew up learning to avoid conflict, to shrink for acceptance, to wear masks for belonging. But we’re not here to repeat that.
We’re here to create what we’ve longed for.

I’m committed to that.
✨ To leading with my heart, even when it feels vulnerable.
✨ To asking, “What would love do?” in every moment.
✨ To choosing the friendships I desire - not by hoping they’ll appear, but by creating them through how I show up.

Because every time we meet each other in truth, in tenderness, in rawness - we’re not just building friendships.
We’re building the world we want to live in.

A world where authenticity is celebrated.
Where conflict isn’t the end, but a doorway to deeper connection.
Where our hearts aren’t hidden - they’re honored.

So, I’ll ask again:
Who are the women who stand in the fire with you?
And even more importantly -
Are you willing to be that woman, too?

What a gift to relive this moment and really see and feel the crowds reactions. So much goodness here, I had to share.

Had the absolute honor and pleasure of sharing my art at Heartland Gathering 2026 and Wow! What an incredible group of humans. From the production team and facilitators to participants and experience design. Every little moment was held with such intention and care but also with so much trust for the magic of the moment to unfold. I am in awe of what was co-created. Still riding the high of the beauty I experienced on that land.

I am delighted to announce our second Muse of the season, the epic Casey Lee. A 14 year old student and a teacher of the flames (yes real fire baby). She is the founder of Sacred Flames and this is her very first podcast 😏

In this episode she shares the immensity of what this journey with leadership, fire, performance and community has taught her over the years.

From the hula hoop as her first boundaries, to learning how to sip our intensity, having our leadership behavior revealed by the fire and the group dynamic, to renegotiate the contracts we never sign and learning to trust ourself deeply.

That episode is for women who lead and wanna find out how to do it from the deep listening of the body.

The hardest part about making crowns is getting the frame right.

I remember years ago when I made my first crown, I was walking around the Ubud Market sticking bowls on my head while the local Balinese women would giggle at me saying “no no! That’s for eating!” 😂

Eventually I found a woven cap and put that on and thought, “this is it!” The rest is history.

I’ve been working on a project for a stilt walking character and had no idea where to really begin… sometimes I’m working with a lot of scrap pieces of material or appliqués that don’t really know what they want to be yet and it can be overwhelming when you aren’t starting with a clear vision. it’s always helpful to start with a solid piece that can help inform and inspire the overall look and direction you want to go in and i love making crowns so I thought that would be a good place to start and viola, this beauty was born ✨

I’m excited to see her put together with the rest of the costume. I’ll share that soon but first she has a debut appearance to make at @omya.community annual Heartland Gathering.
