In July, I dusted off my animating muscles and took part in the Eat My Shorts countdown challenge for their August edition, with the theme of 'Wildlife'!

My allocated number was 5 and after sketching out a bunch of ideas, I fired up Photoshop for 50 frames of wormy goodness.

Sadly I didn't get chosen but I really enjoyed taking part, it was great seeing all of the other brilliant entries and perhaps I'll try my luck again in the future!! 🪱 by @iamchristopherwright

Life, uh, finds a way.

Massive thanks to everyone who helped celebrate my 40th birthday at the incredible Jurassic Park-themed surprise party - it was really special to have so many of my family & friends there, made even more so that they all dressed in appropriate Jurassic t-shirts & costumes!

Well, that's another festival in the bag - I had an absolutely fantastic time bringing #CAF24 to Chapter and beyond with our amazing team led by my ultra-talented wife @ellysdonovan!

It's been really special to see so many people travel from far and wide to enjoy 4 days of events that have been in the works for the past year.

Now it's time to rest and start thinking about the next one... taken in Chapter by @iamchristopherwright
