@rza this is directly for you. It’s August 29 - the day Katrina hit New Orleans which is connected to OUR legacies together forever. A day which was devastating to thousands of people and yet a date and event that we created art out of that will now last forever. Acts of God The Creator. Art and Hurricanes.

It’s time to unite to unite our legacies to finish what @wutangbrand built with me along with an endless list of artists the last several years. We have created something rooted in legacy and culture that changes and impacts the world and the next generation long after we are gone.

All connected and rooted in education at Piney Woods School just outside of Jackson, Mississippi which is 116 years old.

I can’t explain how the world chose me to lead this, but it all IS the reason the universe allowed Cut Throat City to be made. Everything is one big connected spiderweb. I know you know that and it took me years to learn it. I’ve fully aligned life and legacy in a manner you taught me how to do.

I’m tagging Slice in this to make sure you see it and also Wood who blessed me with his presence connecting here on IG months back.

@wutangclan really is for the children and so is everything I’ve done daily the last year of my life.
I need your help to stand with a 116 year old@legacy to finish all of it.

@worldstar I’ve got a generational talent for you and @cocacola & @mercedesbenz and definitely @bmwm to launch a weekly vertical TV series with outside the gates of @Paramount Pictures What so many people haven’t understood about the journey I’ve walked is this was never just about me. Before I attempted to acquire Paramount, maybe it was. I destroyed so many relationships while I was an addict, the biggest of which was with the only woman I’ve ever loved.

God, the Creator, has a funny way of walking you through hell and then placing mirrors in front of you, forcing you to stare into them long enough until you finally wake up into a new life. That’s exactly what happened to me last summer. I met someone who believed in me.

Without me ever asking to manage @bebekidd3 , he put me on the phone with his mother outside the @thelaurelcanyoncountrystore on Love Street and introduced me as his manager. It was never something I chose. It was something the Creator, chose for me.

That moment blessed me with the opportunity to see his talent the same way he saw mine, and together, with my brother @judah_johnson_ , Paul Angel, @kimeyo_records , and several other incredible people, we began building a music collective with the relationships, purpose, and vision to help change the world for the next generation of children.

Every single piece of it came through the pursuit of @paramountpics , a journey that is now finally aligned the way it was always meant to be, helping support America’s oldest historically Black boarding school. M3 welcomed me into his world, trusted me with his music, and literally walked with me through the gates, of Paramount.

Together we’ve created multiple shows, including Summers on The Strip, From Compton To The Top, and Outside The Gates - all starring a generational talent who’s as raw and real as they come. Hollywood isn’t ready for what’s waiting to be unleashed. His voice has the power to move mountains because of the life he’s lived. And this is only the beginning. @dleepson all of it was real everything I always told you. CUT THROAT CITY Legacy Film Brothers for life 👐🏼🎥 on August 5 on @sharecoketv .com and Share Coke With Will channel on @youtube I release the doc series that I’ve made on the legacy of Cut Throat City to support and uplift the legacy of Piney Woods School and how the creation of this piece of art led me into building a media company for and owned by that school to uplift and shine a spotlight on their 116 year legacy as Americas last remaining historically black boarding school. I’ll also be releasing a documentary made on Piney Woods School to support tuition gap fundraising efforts led by me.

They say it’s hard for one person to make a difference but not when you’ve made art with the architect of the @wutangclan and then led forward an ownership group for @paramountpics regardless of the outcome of that path it led me to a place of impact in a manner I have never seen from any film producer ever in Hollywood with the foundation that’s now in place to truly create sustainable change that isn’t focused in self, but to protect the next generation of children. I finally have walked into my dreams of directing and not the character of producer that I played well for many years. The final level of that character in that career path in the life game of Jumanji, was a legacy connected to Iconic figures in music that have shaped me for the remainder of my life.

I love you forever Bobby Digital thank you for seeing me as an artist 10+ years ago and a leader of whom you trusted to also help elevate a dream you had. I can’t believe this is my life and legacy. Last November, after first connecting with journalist @eriqgardner months earlier, I reached out to share a story I believe deserved to be reported on, because I lived it endlessly into homelessness after the biggest thing anyone could have achieved. In the summer of 2024, I joined Daphna Ziman’s group and helped assemble an investment effort that ultimately raised a $13.6 billion bid for Paramount. I initially brought $2.6 billion to the table before Malka Equities the investors I produced assumed control of the SPV and completed the full raise. The bid was backed by a royal family that was sufficient to outbid Skydance and the Ellison family. We were told by Charles Phillips that our offer had been verbally accepted roughly a month before the 45-day shopping window closed in August 2024. Then he sat on it and never gave it to the actual committee until hours after the window had closed. Daphna had spent over 500k on legal fees through the verbal offer period.

I’ve spent 20 years as a credible producer. My last film Cut Throat City was #1 on Netflix during the pandemic, directed by a generational icon and artist with one of the best casts of any film that year. Raising capital and bringing people together is what producers do. Yet despite the magnitude of what occurred, in partnership with a 116-year-Old historically black school, one of the oldest in America, I’ve received crickets from journalists that wear shirts that say, “America Needs Journalists.” I believe this story has received little serious journalistic scrutiny. Instead, I’ve watched coverage over the past year that, in my view, has largely echoed Paramount’s and David Ellison’s narrative. Now if I had been listened to in the vocal manner I’ve been shouting from mountain top’s The Ellison’s wouldn’t even have been able to make an offer for Warner Bros. In the first place. You’re a joke Eriq and so is @puckdotnews I’m going to spend the remainder of my career stating as such. Three summers ago, on a random day in the middle of what I was about to walk into without even knowing it, I got a phone call from my friend Barry Bogovich.

Larry Franco introduced Barry to me during COVID in 2020 because Barry was looking for a producer to help make a Batgirl short film to launch a foundation helping people with disability inclusion in the entertainment industry. I got on one Zoom meeting, and Barry never left my life after that.

I had no idea what that meeting would lead to. Barry’s journey would mirror my future life. Watching Barry build @actionthroughaction from the ground up. Now I sit on the leadership board alongside Larry and my former business partner, she helped fund everything I’ve built over the last seven years. I watched Barry have unwavering faith in what he was called to do.

Then, two summers ago, Barry asked me one question: “If there was a red button you could push that would fix so many of the world’s problems, but it would lead to never-ending chaos in your own life, would you push it?” Without hesitation, I said yes.

Everything that’s been built since that day has been the equivalent of pushing that red button. This entire movement has also been inspired by my favorite film of all time, They Live. I didn’t just admire the movie. I lived it. Literally.

I experienced that journey alongside the film’s producer and so many others. I went toe-to-toe with the power elite. For those who think I’m full of it, I actually find joy knowing many people won’t believe what they’re about to watch with their own eyes because I documented the most extraordinary journey I’ve ever experienced in the entertainment industry, surrounded by generational talents with voices much bigger than mine.

In the fall of 2020, shortly after Cut Throat City debuted at #1 on Netflix, I was introduced to ex-pro skateboarder turned actor and youth advocate @fabianalomarofficial during a time when he was on his own journey. The day we met, Fabian gave me a skateboard deck with RZA on it. He had no idea about my relationship with Bobby or Cut Throat City. Shortly after, I had the opportunity to return that kindness while Fabian was coming out of a difficult chapter in his own life. Neither of us kept score. We simply showed up for each other. Those acts of forged an unbreakable brotherhood that will last a lifetime.

From that day forward we walked through the fire together. Fabian became one of my best friends and a firsthand witness to the most insane path I’ve ever walked. Through every pivot, impossible circumstance, losses, and victory, he never wavered. I’ve had the privilege of watching Fabian’s career blossom while building a platform where his voice is heard far and wide. There is no one like him on this planet. If everyone learned one thing from him, it should be what true loyalty looks like. He always showed up, no questions asked. He never questioned my faith or the vision I was walking toward. He helped me lead a Paramount bid and ultimately helped build the vision of a future where the children of @pineywoodsschool could be supported while we pursued our dreams together.

Along with David Womark and Tommy Bina, Fabian helped build The Love Street Experience, it goes live tomorrow night. We have recreated United Artists, and whether people believe it today no longer matters because everyone gets to see it. Every step has been real. Without God blessing me with this brotherhood, I never would have made it through hell the way I did. Now I look forward to Fabian hearing one word from me over and over… “Action.”

I love you, bro. Thank you for always guiding me, for your loyalty, your love, your faith, and for believing in me before the rest of the world could see what we were building. 7/4/2026 ShareCoke.TV launches to the world live streaming 24/7. That day begins my journey of finally walking out of hell into freedom. Putting the spotlight on David Ellison to no longer sit in silence, to force him and all of Hollywood to standup and support a 116 Year Old Legacy in education. The time is almost upon ALL OF YOU.

For well over a decade, David Womark has been far more than a mentor to me. He has been a guide, a partner, a collaborator, and a father figure throughout one of the most transformative journeys of my life.

Growing up without my dad for much of my life, I believe the Creator of this universe placed extraordinary men in my path to learn from, to follow, and ultimately to help shape the leader and creator I was always meant to become. For years, David and I chased the dream of producing films together. Looking back now, I don’t believe that was ever the universe’s ultimate plan. It was preparing me to finally step into dreams since I was a child: creating, writing, and directing stories of my own.

In the summer of 2024, David stood beside me as we led an ownership group in an attempt to acquire Paramount. Whatever people may believe about that journey, I lived it every single day alongside an Oscar-nominated producer whose films have generated billions of dollars at the worldwide box office. A group of leaders far superior to @davidellisonskydance

The truth of what was lived is beginning to surface. I believe that story has the potential to reshape conversations across the entertainment industry, and perhaps even play a role in helping preserve the legacy of Warner Bros. Most importantly, though, this journey was never just about a studio. It became about legacy.

It became about helping one of America’s oldest educational institutions, a 116-year-old school whose future deserves to be protected for generations to come. Sometimes the path you think you’re walking isn’t the destination at all. Sometimes it’s simply preparing you for the purpose you were created to fulfill.

In the summer of 2025, one year after our attempt to acquire @paramountpics came to an end, we kept building.

After two decades of relationships across film and music, I realized the future wasn’t about one deal. It was about LEGACY.

Alongside my sister forever, @jaime_king , and my brother @j_ivy who stood beside me throughout the Paramount journey, I realized we had the foundation for something much bigger. Jaime’s relationships throughout film and music, combined with J. Ivy’s artistry, influence, and heart for culture, showed me that we could build an ecosystem where artists unite with purpose. Together, I knew we could create something rooted in music that could help elevate @pineywoodsschool for generations to come.

When I returned home to Ocala in March 2025, I finally met my brother @luvaboytj in person. The son of one of my mother’s lifelong friend, @johnnie__mae , Tim told me something simple: Keep building. Together, we committed to uniting our legacies through music, film, and television.

In June 2025, I returned to Los Angeles. Through what I can only describe as an act of God, I met @bebekidd3 . His belief in me became another cornerstone of the vision. Alongside @kimeyo_records , myself and others began building The Chosen Ones of Love Street, a global artist collective created to unite culture with purpose for sustainability in education.

The mission became clear: use music to create opportunity for Piney Woods School through concerts, storytelling, education, and year-round creative collaboration.

“M3 & The Chosen Ones of Love Street” became the foundation that ShareCoke.TV was built upon.

On the Fourth of July, the world will finally see what we’ve been building together: a 24/7 live-streaming platform created by artists, for artists, rooted in music, One Love, and the enduring legacies of Love Street and the Wu-Tang Clan.

A vision shared & created with Oliver ‘Power’ Grant who guided me through building a global movement rooted in legacy and dreams. It’s all for Piney Woods School & to help them raise millions every single year for education.

In May of 2024, as a birthday gift from the Creator of the universe, one of my lifelong dreams aligned. My mentor and favorite producer of all time, Larry Franco, met with John Carpenter and received his blessing for me to pursue not only a dream I’ve had since childhood of rebooting his iconic franchise, They Live, but John even agreed that if I could get it going, he would join us on that journey. Shortly after that, I became engulfed in what would become a two-year, never-ending pursuit of trying to buy #paramount living out “by the year 2025” in real life.

Through many trials and tribulations, I stopped playing the character of just a producer. Alongside my writing partner throughout that entire venture, we built something connected to legacy that I could have never dreamed of.

From the summer of 2024 until he left this earth, I spent every day creating an entire vision for building a new They Live Universe while honoring the original film in every way, all on spec, because I knew there was a higher POWER guiding it all. Then, a few months ago, @wutangbrand left this earth.

Through my relationship with Power, I met his friend and fellow writer Danni Sonnenberg. With Danni’s help, I’ve aligned the final steps of a journey that has felt never-ending. It’s time for the entire world to WAKE UP.

Forgiveness and one love are everything.

Sometimes the Creator places a vision in the hearts of certain people and sends them down roads they never expected to travel. Along that journey come detours, lessons, failures, victories, and moments where you’re forced to confront the person you once were in order to become the person you’re meant to be.

For the last two years of my life, I’ve been walking a path of accountability, growth, and making amends for the past. It wasn’t a path I chose. It was a path that higher powers led me toward. What began as one journey became another, and eventually evolved into a mission centered around unifying people, helping children, preserving legacies, and creating opportunities that will outlive all of us.

My focus today is simple: to make peace with yesterday while building a better tomorrow.

A legacy is all that’s left behind when we leave this world. Your name. Your actions. The people you helped. The lives you impacted. The choices you made when faced with love or hate, right or wrong, unity or division.

The rest of my life is dedicated to leading with love, accepting responsibility for my past, and doing everything I can to leave this world better than I found it.

Since being baptized in 2024, I’ve been on a journey that never seems to end, yet somehow continues to reveal exactly where I’m supposed to be. Every setback, every lesson, every blessing has led me here.

I’m hopeful for where this road leads next.

This isn’t the end of the story.

It’s the beginning of the finish.
