POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In the summer of 2025, one year after our attempt to acquire @paramountpics came to an end, we kept building.

After two decades of relationships across film and music, I realized the future wasn’t about one deal. It was about LEGACY.

Alongside my sister forever, @jaime_king , and my brother @j_ivy who stood beside me throughout the Paramount journey, I realized we had the foundation for something much bigger. Jaime’s relationships throughout film and music, combined with J. Ivy’s artistry, influence, and heart for culture, showed me that we could build an ecosystem where artists unite with purpose. Together, I knew we could create something rooted in music that could help elevate @pineywoodsschool for generations to come.

When I returned home to Ocala in March 2025, I finally met my brother @luvaboytj in person. The son of one of my mother’s lifelong friend, @johnnie__mae , Tim told me something simple: Keep building. Together, we committed to uniting our legacies through music, film, and television.

In June 2025, I returned to Los Angeles. Through what I can only describe as an act of God, I met @bebekidd3 . His belief in me became another cornerstone of the vision. Alongside @kimeyo_records , myself and others began building The Chosen Ones of Love Street, a global artist collective created to unite culture with purpose for sustainability in education.

The mission became clear: use music to create opportunity for Piney Woods School through concerts, storytelling, education, and year-round creative collaboration.

“M3 & The Chosen Ones of Love Street” became the foundation that ShareCoke.TV was built upon.

On the Fourth of July, the world will finally see what we’ve been building together: a 24/7 live-streaming platform created by artists, for artists, rooted in music, One Love, and the enduring legacies of Love Street and the Wu-Tang Clan.

A vision shared & created with Oliver ‘Power’ Grant who guided me through building a global movement rooted in legacy and dreams. It’s all for Piney Woods School & to help them raise millions every single year for education.

This is only the beginning. ❤️🌍🎬🎵

In May of 2024, as a birthday gift from the Creator of the universe, one of my lifelong dreams aligned. My mentor and favorite producer of all time, Larry Franco, met with John Carpenter and received his blessing for me to pursue not only a dream I’ve had since childhood of rebooting his iconic franchise, They Live, but John even agreed that if I could get it going, he would join us on that journey. Shortly after that, I became engulfed in what would become a two-year, never-ending pursuit of trying to buy #paramount living out “by the year 2025” in real life.

Through many trials and tribulations, I stopped playing the character of just a producer. Alongside my writing partner throughout that entire venture, we built something connected to legacy that I could have never dreamed of.

From the summer of 2024 until he left this earth, I spent every day creating an entire vision for building a new They Live Universe while honoring the original film in every way, all on spec, because I knew there was a higher POWER guiding it all. Then, a few months ago, @wutangbrand left this earth.

Through my relationship with Power, I met his friend and fellow writer Danni Sonnenberg. With Danni’s help, I’ve aligned the final steps of a journey that has felt never-ending. It’s time for the entire world to WAKE UP.

I’m tagging @johncarpenterofficial because we’ve never had the opportunity to meet, and next week I’m sending Larry everything we’ve created.

This was all written & specifically visioned to star @rza @lamorne @sethrogen @eizagonzalez #rosasalazar @sofisia7 @youngdirtybastardofficial @denzelwhitaker @shameikmoore @dshippjr @therealest @chan.briggs @mettaworldpeace37 @blakeleonn @roccomoon @samdaly @timmydaly @fabianalomarofficial @therichpaul @realwesleysnipes @silverthroat @markruffalo @keeanjohnson @glenpowell @michael_suppes @katehudson with @jarodeinsohn acting and @chadmichaelmurray playing the president. A sequel. A prequel. An entire augmented reality universe utilizing @raybanmeta technology, alongside a team of A-list creators and an Oscar winner to bring it all to life. From the producers of They Live & Life of Pi. David Womark and Larry Franco #wutang #rza

Forgiveness and one love are everything.

Sometimes the Creator places a vision in the hearts of certain people and sends them down roads they never expected to travel. Along that journey come detours, lessons, failures, victories, and moments where you’re forced to confront the person you once were in order to become the person you’re meant to be.

For the last two years of my life, I’ve been walking a path of accountability, growth, and making amends for the past. It wasn’t a path I chose. It was a path that higher powers led me toward. What began as one journey became another, and eventually evolved into a mission centered around unifying people, helping children, preserving legacies, and creating opportunities that will outlive all of us.

My focus today is simple: to make peace with yesterday while building a better tomorrow.

A legacy is all that’s left behind when we leave this world. Your name. Your actions. The people you helped. The lives you impacted. The choices you made when faced with love or hate, right or wrong, unity or division.

The rest of my life is dedicated to leading with love, accepting responsibility for my past, and doing everything I can to leave this world better than I found it.

Since being baptized in 2024, I’ve been on a journey that never seems to end, yet somehow continues to reveal exactly where I’m supposed to be. Every setback, every lesson, every blessing has led me here.

I’m hopeful for where this road leads next.

This isn’t the end of the story.

It’s the beginning of the finish.

One Love. ❤️ Many Legacies. @therealest none of this, everything I’ve walked would have been possible without you.

@jarodeinsohn @champagnetekiela @rza @keeanjohnson @dshippjr @realwesleysnipes @denzelwhitaker @michaelbjordan @ryanrottman @michael.mendelsohn_ please help 116 Year Old Piney Woods School with what has been built through faith, just like Cut Throat City was…Seeing Is Believing and its live shortly…the doc series “116 Years of Sacred Soil : Two WC Yin & Yangs” and it’s all for the next generation of children who are going to inherit this earth, and it’s rooted in Mississippi & LEGACY. Creator blessings to all.

Some people enter your life for a season. Others alter the entire trajectory of it.

Today I want to thank Oliver “Power” Grant. I never in a million years thought I’d be writing this after the last several years of how he helped me in my life as an artist.

To most of the world, Power was an icon. The visionary architect behind the legacy of @wutangbrand and someone whose fingerprints are woven into one of the most important cultural movements of our lifetime in @wutangclan legacy.

But to me, he was something even more valuable.

He saw me.

For most of my life I played the role of producer. It became the character everyone knew. Power looked beyond that because he didn’t meet me as that. He saw an artist, a writer, a creator, and someone capable of building worlds instead of simply helping others build theirs.

He helped unlock the storyteller that had been trapped inside me since childhood.

Together we developed a vision to reboot They Live for a new generation. A story and universe that had lived in my head for decades. He gave me the confidence to trust my voice and create fearlessly in fashion and music.

Beyond that, he helped me build a global artist-led vision for music, advertising, culture, and community. Ideas that were bigger than business. To Elongate Legacies. Ideas centered around creators owning their futures and protecting those legacies instead of agents.

What made Power extraordinary wasn’t his accomplishments.

It was his humility.

He was one of the kindest, most soft-spoken, thoughtful, and genuine people I’ve ever known. He never needed to announce his greatness because he carried it quietly.

After what I considered the greatest failure of my life, when I spent two years learning how to rebuild myself from the ground up while also homeless, Power helped me rediscover who I was.

His belief changed my life.

His friendship changed my legacy.

And for that, I will always be grateful.

Thank you, Big Bro. You made me a creator. I love you and miss you.

Your impact lives on through every story we tell, every artist we empower, and every legacy we help protect.

Everyday of the journey in life shapes the future into a LEGACY that if you wake up into the alignment, it can impact the world and the next generation of children that follow. It took me a long time to truly become a leader and not a follower, someone fully aligned into life’s path and purpose. If it wasn’t for very special people, men that are leaders and father figures to me in life, I would never have aligned things into a position of walking into dreams. Some of these people are my age and some are my parents age, but they all have impacted me greatly and on Father’s Day I wanted to thank them and give a taste of what’s to come.

For everyone that was involved in the last few years of MY journey understand everyone aligned into it with their own intentions and needs and wants from me. But god was building something through me knowing I’d walk it to an ending to help not only everyone that believed, but @pineywoodsschool legacy in Mississippi that myself, and Legendary Producers David Womark & Larry Franco, along with generational talents @jaime_king & @j_ivy were chosen by higher powers to help be custodians of along with @robertrusler & @fabianalomarofficial .

It’s almost time to celebrate and this is to honor a bunch of men surrounded by a woman who is forever going to be KING. Love you all. Family, brotherhood, sisterhood and One Love are what matter in life and LEGACY. Forgiveness is everything and so is timing. I’m going to see my family in LA very soon.

Above all else thank you to the man that my mom said was always suppose to be my dad @jeromejohnsm Our god chosen family is finally fully aligned and I have the coolest movie and music loving pops ever who’s a huge sci-fi & Star Wars fan. @cocacola @vitaminwaterofficial and @harvey.foundation and @ye & @50cent my parents story is a 50+ year apart love story for the ages because of who their son is, who they are, and the LEGACY we all have moving forward connected to the legacy of a 116 Year old school . Will you please host and headline the music and comedy festival I’ve produced, built around my parents and to uplift Piney Woods School 🙏🏻 #wearelegacyproducers #wpcsetartf

This is my @raybanmeta @vuelotequila @burgerking Story featuring @J_ivy #raybanstories

It’s @wutangclan Wednesday, and @davidellisonskydance is cooked, barbecued, filleted, and being served for dinner to hundreds of artists and anyone who supports Black legacy, culture, and education.

In April 2024, @bigpictureworldgroup, select members of #wutangclan, specifically @wutangbrand and
@youngdirtybastardofficial along with his manager and partner as well as mine @danonickel, myself, and members of Big Picture Collective created by @jerryeastersr, joined forces with
116-year-old @pineywoodsschool Piney Woods School, one of America’s oldest historically Black educational institutions, to form Project Rise Partners and pursue an attempted acquisition of @paramountpics that August after a dinner where we ended up raising billions of dollars with a royal family involved.

Through that process, I got to see the power elite and corruption up close and personal. This journey affected my life in more ways than I can count including being homeless after all of it, but it also changed every part of me for the better, forever.

You cannot silence what God, the Creator, divinely designs.
I am not going to stop until I unite the world behind one of America’s oldest schools and help ensure its legacy continues forever.

I am producing a benefit concert aligned with a location in Atlantic City, and three other cities to raise millions of dollars for Piney Woods School to fulfill a promise. I am calling on every person I have ever met to help support this mission. I have created a long-form, multi-episode documentary focused on this entire journey, powered by a 24/7 livestream on the @sharecokewithwill YouTube channel and website.

It is protected under the First Amendment, and on Juneteenth it launches live at www.sharecokewithwill.com nothing in Hollywood will ever be the same again.

@rza I helped bring Cut Throat City to life, and now I need your help helping children. Let’s turn “Wu-Tang Is For The Children” into a global movement that supports education, uplifts future generations, and honors the legacy of Power, who spent four years building this vision with me

@michelleobama is one of the greatest leaders that’s ever been alive, and @davidellisonskydance , as the CEO of @paramountpics that allowed Hokit this platform, needs to be a leader and speak out against it. When you’re someone who, as CEO, gives sexual predators opportunities to be leaders in Jeff Shell and John Lasseter, it’s not a surprise that Ellison is not only silent but thrives around men that are accused predators and financially corrupt.

Ari Emanuel is also someone who needs to take accountability, especially when he represents @therock and @markwahlberg , but this is what powerful people connected to each other do. Ari makes money for them, when they could use their voice to condemn this and actually force Hokit to publicly apologize, it’s crickets. While I appreciate @markruffalo @janefonda @ayoedebiri for the work they’ve been doing to stop the Ellisons, if any of you had shown up in what we led two years ago, not only would Trump not have had the power he has, but we probably wouldn’t have gone to war, since the day after Ellison acquired Warner Bros. with the power of Paramount, we bombed Iran. So I’m calling on Mr. Ruffalo Ms. Fonda and Ms. Edebiri to push @bigpictureworldgroup forward with their platforms to execute what we have spent two years building.

If I hadn’t been made invisible, the Ellison family wouldn’t be reigning supreme, so wake up and help me everyone who’s trying to stop them, because I’ve directed something that shines a forever spotlight on all of it. Before launching it I have to go and meet with brother @roccomoon in Texas because he’s out front and center with me without even knowing it, and it will make powerful people so uncomfortable that the saying “seeing is believing” has never reigned more true.

Hollywood, you aren’t ready for my voice in music behind the band of artists that I’ve united on a global level. I’m calling on #joshhokit and Paramount to make a donation to @arianagrande @brighterdaysaheadfdn on behalf of the LGBTQ community as a gay man, announcing that to the world for the first time. David Ellison you are cooked on @wutangclan Wednesday…

In the summer of 2024, I chased one of the biggest dreams anyone who’s a filmmaker of decades could have - the pursuit of owning a legacy studio: @paramountpics to save it from @davidellisonskydance

What I didn’t know was that the journey would lead me somewhere entirely ditterent.
It led me to Love Street @thelaurelcanyoncountrystore
It led me to @tommybina1
It led me to music.
It led me to a microphone with a story to tell focused on @realdonaldtrump & corruption with one of the richest families in the world, The Ellison’s.

On June 14, 2026, I release all episodes of my new podcast, SHADOWS OVER PARAMOUNT, alongside my debut spoken word album of the same name. In addition to the vertical and traditional tv series, The Chosen Ones of Love Street : Acts of God.

This isn’t a story about a studio.

It’s a story about the people, lessons, losses, victories, faith, friendship, corruption at the highest of levels and unexpected turns that emerged from a journey that changed my life and others forever.

What began as a pursuit to acquire Paramount became the foundation for a new creative chapter and cementing the legacy of a sitting president. Presidents come and go, but @wutangclan , Art and music are forever. So are brotherhoods that I have with @rza @youngdirtybastardofficial @luvaboytj @danonickel @j_ivy @bebekidd3 and countless others as Legacies can’t be bought, they are created by God The Creator.

The story behind the dream. The shadows behind the headlines. I set out to acquire a studio, instead I found my voice thanks to @cocacola & @vitaminwater

Let’s talk about the Satan Worshippers that formed @turningpointusa and sit on the board.

Last year, I helped lead a movement with @j_ivy @jaime_king @kingbach @mettaworldpeace37 @therealest @bbose Robby Robinson, Larry Franco, David Womark @mikechandlermma @eric_chandler @ttgambill @jerryeastersr @jermaineoneal @schneidfeld @joeystantonforpresident @humbly_dh @deraydavis @robertrusler @youngdirtybastardofficial @danonickel @wutangbrand @mclaine.io @doe.berman — among others — where we formed Project Rise Partners to acquire Paramount together.

But the real work — the real calling — was never @paramountpics . The work was always the kids. Piney Woods School in Mississippi. A sanctuary for young people who carry the future in them. I see that now clearly. We’ve launched the Share Coke With Will & friends YouTube/Spotify to document this journey honestly — not as entertainment, but as testimony. The pursuit. The loss. The lessons. And now — the return. So the next generation doesn’t have to lose themselves in the fight the way Will did.

And we are reaching out to two men directly in the path who have spoken boldly, in different ways, about protecting children and restoring the systems that shape them: @robertfkennedyjr and @ben.marciano.3 (@zonezonehealthandfitness) — a man who has built a culture of health and care here in Will’s hometown of Ocala, Florida.

This is not politics. This is not a campaign moment. This is a call forward for anyone who says they stand for the next generation. On 11/11, we are launching a national fundraiser for Piney Woods School.

And every year moving forward, our goal is to cover the full tuition for every student at Piney Woods — so no family ever has to choose between their child’s potential and their circumstances again. Not for leverage. Not for headlines. Not for optics. For children who deserve a future they feel safe in.

If your mission is to protect kids — stand here too. If your platform is about rebuilding community — come sit with us. If your heart has room — you already belong.
11•11 For Piney Woods. For the kids. For the next generation. @elizabethwarren @berniesanders @ronwyden @corybooker @barackobama @fullsail @morganfreeman @yizhouofficial @bellathorne @therock @davebautista @violadavis @snoopdogg

It’s been on my @imdb page for years…The Limey is IMO the best film ever from a legend in Steven Soderbergh the only person I was ever “starstruck” around at a screening of “King of The Hill.”

This is the greatest film and crime film ever made from a character study standpoint ala Taxi Driver and today the global film industry lost a legend. I rarely post about things like this but when it’s my closest friends, or artists that inspired me especially my favorite film of all time, after the year I walked and have lived especially in the same town as the character in my favorite film and this one was also about the music industry…rest in power forever Terrence Stamp.

P.s. @jamesgunn speaking of Superman you should really finally honor a friend of yours who died in Troy DeVolld @realitytvtroy as it’s the right thing to do and you can participate in the event and foundation being launched to do exactly that - otherwise you’re just an asshole who likes to use people the same way you’ve used Legacy IP to make a name for JUST yourself.

God bless everyone. @realitytvtroy was and is always a real life super hero to me. It didn’t take a “directed by” or his name attached to global figures for me to ever understand that. I love you forever Troy.
