What happens when the awareness campaign ends, the hashtags disappear, and people are left to navigate their mental health struggles alone?

For many, the real challenge isn’t just recognising that something is wrong. It’s finding the courage to speak up, knowing where to seek help, and accessing the support they need without fear of judgment.

Through our MindCare Community Mental Health Outreach, Care City Media is championing the importance of bringing mental health conversations closer to the people who need them.

This World Mental Health Day, we are reminded that meaningful change requires more than awareness. It demands compassionate communities, informed conversations, accessible mental healthcare and the willingness to listen without judgment.
