This week, I had the opportunity to speak with the University of Florida football recruiting volunteers about building a career in the sports industry. Special thanks to @katastic94 for inviting me to speak with her group.

As a proud University of Florida alumna, it was an honor to pour into fellow Gators. I was so impressed by their thoughtful questions, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.

As I’ve grown in my career, I’ve come to understand the importance of lifting others as you rise. So many people believed in me, took chances on me, and helped me turn a dream into a career. Now, I’m blessed to be in a position to do the same for others.

Our purpose isn’t only found in what we accomplish, but also in who we encourage, who we empower, and the doors we help open for those coming behind us.

I can’t wait to see these young men and women go out, pursue their dreams, and make an impact on the world. The future is bright! 🧡💙

It’s Big Orange Friday! With all the excitement building for Tennessee vs. Texas tomorrow, I can’t help but reminisce on an incredible week back on Rocky Top. 🍊

It’s hard to put into words what an honor and privilege it is to now serve as a member of the University of Tennessee Alumni Board of Directors.

Last week was a reminder of what makes UT so special. I had the opportunity to hear from students, faculty, and university leaders about the incredible things happening on campus, while also connecting with fellow alumni from across the country who share a common love for and commitment to serving our university.

From our Alumni Board meetings and the 1794 Tailgate to Tennessee Football and simply spending time back on campus, I left Knoxville with a full heart and even greater pride in being a Tennessee Vol.

No matter where life takes me, Rocky Top will always be home sweet home to me. 🧡🤍🧡

I moved to New York terrified, hurting, and questioning everything. I remember sitting on the plane wondering if I was making the right decision.

But from the moment I arrived, God surrounded me with incredible people and an amazing community that loved me well. People who laughed with me, cried with me, prayed for me, encouraged me, challenged me, and pushed me when I needed it most.

Somewhere along the way, my faith deepened in ways I never expected. The girl who was adamant she wouldn’t serve at church somehow became a worship leader and discovered a love for singing that she never knew was there.

This city gave me memories that will last a lifetime, but more importantly, it gave me people who are far more than friends. They are family.

New York, thank you for being such a magical place and for blessing my life in more ways than I can put into words. Even though this chapter has come to a close, you will always hold a special place in my heart.

New York, I love you. Forever and always! 🫶🏾

Exactly one month ago today, I wrapped up my time at the NFL League Office.

Taking time to reflect on this chapter, I am just incredibly grateful. Grateful for the opportunity to serve both current and former players through personal and professional development. Grateful for the chance to build and introduce programming like career tours and career conversations. And grateful to collaborate with incredible partners like Hidden Empire Film Group, Interscope Records, LVMH, Skydance Sports, Hugo Boss, and more.

From working five Super Bowls, the Draft, Pro Bowl, Combine, etc., I had a front row seat to some of the biggest moments in sports, but what I will cherish most are the people.

The players I had the honor of serving are some of the most elite athletes in the world, but even better human beings. The colleagues across all 32 clubs are some of the brightest and most dedicated minds in football.

I am thankful for the opportunity to pour into others, to build, to lead, and to grow. I pray that the work I did continues to impact not only the players I worked with, but those who will come after them.

I'm honored to share that I’ve committed to serve as a Woman of Impact for the American Heart Association and this mission is deeply personal to me.

I lost my mother to congestive heart failure. Watching someone you love battle heart disease changes you. It makes the statistics real. It makes the urgency real. And it makes the responsibility to act feel non-negotiable.

Cardiovascular disease is still the No. 1 killer of women — yet women continue to be underrepresented in research, overlooked in diagnosis, and undertreated in care. That has to change. And together, we can change it.

This campaign is about more than wearing red.
It’s about raising awareness.
It’s about funding lifesaving research.
It’s about improving access to care.
It’s about making sure women’s hearts are studied, protected, and prioritized.

I’m building a team of people who want to make a real difference by sharing this message, raising funds, and helping more women understand their risk and advocate for their health.

If you’ve ever loved a woman — a mother, sister, daughter, friend, teammate — this fight is for her.

Still recovering from Pro Bowl week! Check out some of my favorite memories from watching my brother experience his first in-person Pro Bowl, making fortune cookies in Chinatown, hosting my first Super Bowl event, kickin it at the NFLPA party, seeing Olivia Dean perform at the Uber One party, and watching Bad Bunny make history while sending such a profound message. 🫶🏾

The only thing more powerful than hate is love! ♥️

Grateful for the opportunity to sit in on a live taping of CBS Mornings and spend time with two of the best in the business, Gayle King and Nate Burleson. Moments like these remind me that proximity breeds possibility, preparation matters, and purpose always leads the way.

@chiefs guard @trey_smith and his sister @iameashleysmith are both living out their dreams in the @nfl — one on the football field and the other off. They’re currently the league’s only brother-sister duo.

Their journey to the NFL dates back to their childhood in Tennessee: “I think that is also a hope that Trey and I have that our lives will inspire generations to come.” by @iameashleysmith
