I’m Ella Hudson. I moved from London to Cornwall. I was unemployed, but M&S has helped make my dreams come true 💫. Life comes at you fast, and changes can be big or small — but I’ll always find comfort in the little things at M&S. 💝💫🔥🤌

Sorry about the music, I got carried away.

Advice on how to position furniture and get rid of “off vibes” please.

*I’m not sure about plants living in the bedroom with me. That would be a bit weird xoxox taken in Cornwall by @iamellahudson

After posting a photo of my kitchen after the school run this morning my inbox was bursting with DMs with people saying that their homes also get like this daily. Have we all viewed so many perfect kitchens that we are forgetting that they are working rooms? #adhd #messykitchen taken in Cornwall, United Kingdom by @iamellahudson

Trying to reduce both of our meltdowns and reset the mornings… ☀️

I’ve been using this Now and Next board for years. I made mine with printouts and a laminator, but you can buy them on Amazon if you don’t want to draw your own.

Before using it, have a look at the pictures with your child and see if there are any missing. Talk about the order of your routine. (You may need to make any missing ones with card or paper.)

Using the Now and Next board helps to reduce the repetitive verbal commands around transitions. It helps with independence and can also help with oppositional defiance, because there are fewer verbal commands.

This morning flowed much better as a result of me needing to “nag” less. I hope this video helps the people who messaged me. It’s especially good for toddlers who don’t like tidying up or stopping when they’re playing. (Now trains - Next tidy up.)

You don’t have to have an ND child to benefit from this either. 🩷

Maybe I wasn’t depressed? Maybe it isn’t low iron? Maybe it wasn’t the grief….
What if we all just need @forbiddennights to visit @ritzpenzance 4 times a year?

I feel like the GP practice could have funded this for the women of the town. They could have used the parking ticket money they collected to give back to the community and help wellbeing.
Grateful to finally enjoy Cornwall. 🥹🤝✨😝🤏👯‍♀️ @jazzywasinthailand taken in Cornwall, United Kingdom by @iamellahudson
