And this is the marvel of marvels;
that He called me Beloved.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

How sorrowful that we are a people callused to our deep, overwhelming, and repulsive brokenness. The redemptive power of the cross is not to be underestimated. By nature, its gravity cannot be overstated. Who are we to grow weary of this gift we’ve been given?

Even still, God’s grace is displayed in this way: that the callused believer may be reminded of His goodness in dark places. The Lord sees our ungratefulness and blesses us with eyes to see and a soul that aches for the lost.

Let the believer know the scriptures. Let him know His mercies are new everyday. However, let him see these mercies he speaks of. Let him know of the “great furnace of wrath, [the] wide and bottomless pit” and give him a burning desire to point others to the oasis.

Thank you Lord for this renewed passion for the good news.

I am so excited to share that the Lord has opened the doors for me to accept a missions internship and return to South Africa! With Impact Africa, I will be going out into the greater Johannesburg area to spread the good news of Christ to those who have never heard it!

This opportunity is a gift from God, but I am in need of your help! If you can, would you please come along side me by:

1. PRAYING! The harvest in South Africa is so very plentiful. With that in mind, would you please pray that the Lord would call people to himself this summer through the words and actions of the people involved with Impact Africa

2. If you are able, you can contribute financially using the link in my bio! Even if it’s just a dollar or two, your generosity goes farther than you could imagine. To donate, click “support an intern” and select my name!

““When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will place the sheep on his right, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’”
