Let’s go, ROUND 2! 🔥

What happened in Troy was more than an event. It reminded us why this move started in the first place.

We believe this generation will not just be a generation full of information about God. They will be a generation that experiences Him, Encounters His presence & Know His Power

Troy was simply amazing, and now we’re headed to Austin, Texas, to the historic Huston-Tillotson University for the next gathering of I’VE GOT PWR.

If you’re in the area, sign up and show up. There’s something special about what happens when generations gather hungry for God.

And if you have friends, family, students, or young adults in Texas ages 17+, send this to them. Get them in the room.

We’re excited about what’s ahead at The Church Collection, and we’re growing our team to help ministries, businesses, and organizations move with greater strategy. 💚

If grants are part of what you’re hoping to pursue in 2027, the work does not start in 2027. It starts now.

Before you apply, you need to know if your organization is actually ready, what funders are looking for, and what may need to be strengthened first.

That’s why we’re hosting Are You Grant Ready? on Thursday, October 8 at 8 PM. This is a FREE virtual information session, but registration is required.

We’re also excited to introduce Beatrice King, our Grants & Nonprofits Director. Beatrice brings years of experience working with faith-based, city, and government organizations. She’ll help lead our work around nonprofit readiness, structure, funding preparation, and helping organizations understand the right next steps before pursuing grants.

If you already know you’re ready to move forward, you can visit our website and begin with our assessment.

But if you’re still asking, “Are we actually ready for grants?” this session is where you need to start.

✅ Learn what funders are looking for
✅ Understand what grant readiness really means
✅ Identify what your organization needs to strengthen
✅ Start preparing now for greater opportunities in 2027

Sign up today at TheChurchCollection.com.

Be honest.

Did God call you to this, or did your ego need it?

That may be hard to sit with, but it’s real. If the work gives you more validation than it gives God glory, it may be time to recheck the call.

Some of us are frustrated because we’re trying to force something we were never clear about in the first place. Some of us are tired because we picked up something for the wrong reason. And some of us need to stop and ask whether this is really purpose or just personal fulfillment dressed up as purpose.

If this hit you, don’t ignore it. Sit with it, then do something about it.

Finish Forward is for those who are ready to get honest, get clear, and move with intention.

At some point, you have to stop calling everything “leadership” when the truth is everything still depends on you.

If you have to approve it, fix it, carry it, remember it, and rescue it every time… you do not have a team. You have help.

And there’s a difference.

Growth is going to require trust.
Delegation.
Clear expectations.
Development.
And letting other people actually carry responsibility.

If this hit you, Finish Forward is for you.

PURPOSEFUL TRANSITION 🦬

Purposeful transition encompasses ALL the feels—death, uncertainty, unfamiliarity, separation, and yes… loneliness.

There are moments when what was familiar no longer fits, what was comfortable no longer calls you, and what’s next hasn’t fully introduced itself yet.

That’s the tension of transition.

But if you stop at your feelings, you may never arrive at your future.

Sometimes you have to be like the Bison 🦬—possessing the intuitive forwardness to move toward the storm, not away from it.

Because there is beauty in the journey that fear will never let you see.

You can spend your life haunted by “what might have been” and burdened by the regret of never taking the leap…

OR YOU CAN GO ANYWAY.

Go uncertain.
Go unfamiliar.
Go lonely if necessary.
Go grieving what you had to leave behind.
Go with questions you cannot yet answer.
Go scared.

#BeVeryAfraid… but #GoAnyway. 🦬

Some transitions aren’t about losing your way.
They’re about changing the audience, changing the environment, and becoming who the next season requires.

MOVE DIFFERENTLY.

If you’re honest, you’re not stuck.

You’ve just been avoiding what needs to be done.

Avoiding the decision.
Avoiding the hard conversation.
Avoiding the structure.
Avoiding the discipline.
Avoiding the work that would actually move things forward.

And that’s exactly why Finish Forward matters.

This is for pastors, leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs who are ready to stop circling the same problems and start executing with clarity.

If this statement hit you, don’t scroll past it.
Do something about it.

Join us for Finish Forward.

Before we talk about what didn’t happen, who didn’t support us, or what got in the way, we need to ask ourselves a harder question:

Did I do everything I said I was going to do?

Did I communicate the vision clearly?
Did I follow through?
Did I stay consistent?
Did I build structure?
Did I ask people to believe in something I’m still unclear about myself?
Did I take on something because I was called to it, or because I needed it to make me feel fulfilled?

Some of us do not need another idea. We need ownership.

And if this hit a little too close, that may be the sign.

Finish Forward is for the ones ready to get honest, get clear, and actually execute.
