Manifesting a life where the biggest decision of the day is a morning dip or sunset swim 🌊☁️ salty skin, slow mornings, and the sea always a short walk away (even if you freeze your nips off…)

What a way to honour another lap around the sun!
London you were amazing today. Feeling so grateful to my amazing support crew at the end and to all you gorgeous humans who sponsored me.
So in awe of everyone who ran/walked/wheeled their way around today. Mile 18 you were a bish!

My goal was to run the whole way without stopping and I achieved that.I’m probably going to find an alternative way to celebrate birthdays next year.

This year, my amazing Mumma will have been gone from my life longer than she was in it — a fact that truly breaks my heart.

Anyone who’s lost someone special (human or animal) knows the kind of hole it leaves and how life is never quite the same.

Losing Mum to bowel cancer totally changed my life forever, in ways I didn’t even realise until years later (thank you therapy) Mumma Cox was an incredible woman, and we had the most beautiful bond. She was fiercely loyal, independent, creative, and full of colour — a wizard in the kitchen and on the sewing machine. She had a sharp wit, a generous heart, and cared for people so deeply. She went through so much, but still found ways to laugh until her face turned red.

To celebrate her, and to remind myself to keep going, I’m running the London Marathon on my birthday. @macmillancancer were such a huge support when Mum was ill. Our nurse just got it. He explained things in a way that helped me understand what I was feeling, and I’ll never forget that. If you ever find yourself facing cancer and in need of physical, emotional or even financial support, that’s the first place I’d go 💚

A couple of years ago, my ankle surgeon told me I’d never run again. And honestly, in recent weeks, I’ve questioned whether he was right. But in the spirit of Mum (ironically, pictured raising money for cancer herself — something she dedicated years to), I don’t like people telling me I can’t do something, so here we are. I’ll be running every mile for her.

Handcuffed highlights ⛓️‍💥

This show hey…
Yes, they were handcuffed 24/7. Yes, I witnessed a lot of nakedness. And yes—the ‘long chain’ made plenty of appearances. There were tears, tantrums, and total exhaustion. I barely slept for a month… but somehow, it was all hella fun. Huge congrats to everyone I filmed, and to Charlie and Rob for being incredible sports, making it through and hopping on the bus first! 💷

I’ve never had so many messages, ever, about anything I’ve worked on 🙊 When a certain man called Tim rings with something “bonkers,” you just know you’re in for a wild ride.

No matter what you thought of the show, I’m genuinely so grateful to have been part of it. It came at a time when a lot was changing in my life, and I really needed it. This industry is wild—after just a few days, strangers turn into family.

I met some absolute legends on this series, and I really hope they’ll be friends for life. Shout of to the Yellow Squad for keeping me hydrated(ish), kinda sane, and giggling along the way💛

2016 was genuinely one of my favourite years 💫👯‍♀️🏡✈️🌏☀️🌊🐴🍹🎥📺📰🥰
I’ve been loving all the nostalgic posts lately — from pals, and from total strangers I’ve somehow followed online for over a decade.

At the time, I had no idea how good I had it. Living in Nottingham with two amazing friends, working at the BBC as a camera operator alongside one of my absolute besties and work wife. I cruised around in my teeny car Hugo and took wildly themed photos for my old insta (IYKYK)
Oslo was still around, he turned 30 that year and I celebrated him just the same as I do with my dog now. We even wore matching coats… Ken & Dave (my immortal goldfish) were thriving. I travelled, my skin was doing well, I rode several times a week, went blonde for the first time, I ran (with TWO working ankles RIP), watched Forest on the regs, and was basically never short of company. I bust myself pretty badly flying off a horse, and Leicester City won the league. It was a time.

So much has changed since then (I now have my son, Pixel) but a lot has stayed the same. I still live with two amazing friends in London, I travel even more, and I still play with cameras for a living.

I’ve picked up more wrinkles, scars (in every sense), and a few grey hairs — but ageing is a privilege. One we should never forget. My mum never got to do this, and when I look back ten years I see people and animals who are no longer part of my world.

Life is for living. And the way our faces and bodies change is proof of that — a testament to everything we’ve loved, lost, and experienced along the way ❤️ by @iamjemmacox

If anyone ever doubts manifestation, maybe it’s time for a rethink ✨
2025 has been completely game-changing, and I truly believe I’ve manifested some of it. There are just too many “coincidences” for it not to be. There’s also been some very unexpected twists…

A lot of what I’ve worked on this year (as a walking run-bag) I can’t share, so here are some highlights from projects I’ve either worked on in 2025 or that hit screens this year. A big chunk of this is Road To A Million — on the first series I was a Producer, this series I was 2nd AC. Who knows what’s next? It’s never too late to change direction 💫

I’m endlessly grateful for every opportunity, everyone who’s employed me, taught me, for the Magic Bird, and for all the incredible humans I’ve met around the world along the way 🫶🏻

Next year brings big changes. I have no idea where I’ll be living, what I’ll be doing, or where I’ll end up — but, unlike the big changes last time, I’m excited. Hopefully I can step out of my anxious loop, let go of fear, and trust the universe to do its thing 💫

When my therapist tells me not to jump to conclusions…

Finally getting round to sifting through all my photos and videos from RTAM ✌🏼The best memories with the best people. An excerpt from the entrance to my ‘fuck it’ era last year…
Chris Hemsworth might have climbed it but I jumped from it. I’d never done a bungee jump before, would 12/10 recommend 🙌🏼
