How many of these points are you?

-Spending too much time working in the business rather than on the business?
-Easily distracted or procrastinate doing the things you actually need to do?
-Basing decisions on moods and emotions rather than logical thinking?
-Not optimising system and strategies right infront of you so you do not miss any opportunities?
-Avoiding taking the risk, the leap or un comfortable conversations in order for you to move forward?
-Focusing too much in one area of your business that the other parts suffer?
-Moving the same things on your “to do list” each week if you havnt completed the task yet?
-Focusing so much on marketing, your sales go down. Or focus so much on sales, the marketing goes down and then you’re in a constant cycle of being quiet then busy then busy then quiet….
-Do not understand your finances and figures?
-Spinning all the plates and not delegating?
-Not realising that money is energy… Your avoiding the right investments to “save money” rather than progressing?
-“Winging it” in hope it will all work out.
