POV: You’re trying to lose fat, raise tiny humans, build a career, keep the house standing... and somehow still remember to drink water. 😅

Real transformation isn’t about perfection.
It’s about showing up when life is messy.

Follow @zanofit_team for real-life fat loss, strength, and lifestyle transformation for busy mums 💜

When women(and their other halves) come together, incredible things happen.

This morning’s first Kilnwood Vale Walking Club (KVWC) was everything I hoped it would be — sunshine, laughter, meaningful chats, and a whole lot of positive energy 💚

It was amazing to see so many of you show up, move your bodies, and connect with others from our lovely community.

These moments remind me that fitness isn’t just about workouts — it’s about well-being, connection, and confidence.

I’m so grateful to everyone who came along and made it such a special morning. Here’s to many more walks, conversations, and friendships ahead 🌤️

What an incredible opening night! THE EXPANSION SERIES has well and truly been kicked off in style ⚡️🤍☀️

@sunitamovement is always incredible, she brought FOUR gongs, crystal bowls, drums, chimes, let me tell you we had it all for our SUMMER SOUNDS evening 🎶

We’re so passionate about bringing these events to a busy city and instilling some peace and calm into everyone to go on with their week with a pep in their step.

The testimonials in the room were incredible (more to share on those) and we all left feeling like whatever noise we had rolling around in our heads was able to stop, dissipate and be released. The lightness, calm and connection left us all floating home.

We started the evening with a delicious bespoke blend of orange, lavender and chamomile cacao provided by @amazonikcacao which helped us to set our intention for the evening and get us centred before the gong magic

Thank you to everyone who joined us off and made it such a success. We can’t wait for @sarah.tilley.wellness to join us next month 20th August for Pychedelics and Relationships 🍄 - Comment LOVE or DM us for info.
