The Breath Church Community is growing! And you’re invited every Sunday morning. 🙏

What began as in-person gatherings weaving prayer, music, and somatic breathwork has now evolved into a virtual community space where we meet weekly on Zoom to return to our bodies, hearts, and spirit through breath.

Breath Church will continue to expand with live Zoom gatherings every Sunday at 9am throughout January; and all of you who want to enter the new year with deeper intention, connection, and inspiration are welcome to join us!

If anything in your life feels heavy or stagnant, Breath Church offers a space to move that energy through the body and awaken the truth that already lives within you.

The places the random “pings” in my gut have brought me…

“Talk to them”
“Move here”
“Listen to this”

Clues from Spirit like a treasure hunt leading me through beautiful lands to my own treasure within. (Alchemist, anyone? 😉)

Almost 3 years ago, I left NYC to work remotely in Costa Rica. Now I’m a breathwork teacher living in an off-grid lakefront community in Guatemala…about to host my first retreat.

Moral of the story is—what you lose will always be replaced by something more true.

So let go.

The space we make when we truly release the old, allows God to fill it up with so much more than we could have imagined.

I can’t wait to see where this journey leads me next.

Life is short. Throw yourself a 36 hour 36th birthday ceremony. 🌹🍄🧚‍♀️🤘

I feel so beyond blessed to have built the community and the close friendships I have while traveling and living abroad. I know how lucky this is and I don’t take it lightly. To have been together with this group in both Peru and in Guatemala is so special! 🥹

When I left to travel over 4 years ago I didn’t know what I was looking for and I quickly realized it was community. I found an entirely new path when I landed at the lake 3 years ago on my 33rd birthday, and I’m so in love with it!

I love that I experience life so deeply, all parts of it, and this weekend I felt SO much joy and love and gratitude. I love that I’m not numb to life and going through the motions. I love that I chose this unconventional path even though I have no idea where it’s going sometimes. It’s filled with so much wonder and love and magic and depth, and I wouldn’t change a thing. My intention for this year is just to keep letting in even more love. 🥰

This was by far my most memorable birthday I’ve ever had thanks to everyone who came…with many chapters, surviving a hurricane and singing MYF birthday songs and eating cake in bed with all my besties after getting drenched in rain was a perfect moment.

I love my friends and community near and far and I love how much we celebrate each other and celebrate life. I feel SO nourished and blessed up to make 36 the best year ever. 🤍 taken in Lake Atitlan Guatemala by @iamkorarose

Alchemy: the process of turning led into gold. ✨

The Sacred Alchemy retreat was 5 days of transformational Breathwork, movement and ceremony—bringing each person closer to their souls desires, activate their gifts, liberate their medicine, and come home to their true selves.

It was such an honor to lead this group though this process. To get to know each person and where they’ve been, to support them on their souls path.

Thank you to each person who showed up fully, vulnerably and authentically themselves.

I consumed only Rose Tea for 13 days and I’m sharing the 13 major lessons I learned over the next couple of weeks…

I asked Rose to cut me off from anything that was taking my power; any additions, attachments and codependencies.

And in that isolation, I sat with any discomfort that came up and felt my strength return on the other side as I reset my relationship to my self, and therefore to the world around me.

The deeper and more intimately I went within myself, the less I needed what I thought I needed outside of me. Do you relate to this?

What I’ve learned on the journey of healing…

Is that it was never about seeking
It was never about becoming more or earning more.
It was about meeting myself deeper
Discovering who I already was…
Before the world told me who I was supposed to be.

Breathwork brought me home to myself, by helping me shed who I was not.
