Clues from Spirit like a treasure hunt leading me through beautiful lands to my own treasure within. (Alchemist, anyone? 😉)
Almost 3 years ago, I left NYC to work remotely in Costa Rica. Now I’m a breathwork teacher living in an off-grid lakefront community in Guatemala…about to host my first retreat.
Moral of the story is—what you lose will always be replaced by something more true.
So let go.
The space we make when we truly release the old, allows God to fill it up with so much more than we could have imagined.
I can’t wait to see where this journey leads me next.

I got a butterfly tattoo a few years ago for this exact reason - it’s so beautiful how a seemingly small, happenstance moment can change the course of so much 🥹 thank you for sharing your story!!

Yes! I always talk about the butterfly effect and how timing changes everything, and my family always looks at me like i have 2 heads. I swear it's awesome how this thing called life works
