What does it mean to embody the Earth?

To be grounded, yet ever-growing.
To be soft, yet deeply rooted.
To move with intention and exist without apology.

Introducing EARTH — the first series in ELEMENTAL: The Elements in Motion. 🌿 by @iamkrystalight

Don’t look at the caption, look at me ✨ by @iamkrystalight

The art of embodiment. Not just being seen, but being felt.

There’s beauty in the wild, power in stillness, and freedom in embracing every part of yourself.

You gotta go deep to find me. 🖤

Glow n Flow: Galentine’s Edition ♥️💕 was truly such a beautiful experience!! Every woman in the room had the opportunity to pour into herself while also pouring love into one another.

Like I shared during the event — it’s essential that we give ourselves permission to rest, relax, and reset. Our bodies deserve that care so much.

Thank you to EVERYONE who showed up and shared your energy with us.

And a HUGE thank you to our sponsors @blackgirlvitamins, @htgirlreadsbc, and @kendrascott ✨✨ for helping us thrive and for providing thoughtful essentials that made everyone feel so loved and extra special for Galentine’s Yoga. 💕 by @iamkrystalight

Did you STRETCH today?

Child’s Pose decompresses the spine, opens the hips, and relieved lower back pain all in over 1 min.
