“The Motion” - Official Poster 2025

We have now officially finished our first short film, The Motion, after almost a year of production. This project started as a monologue that I and @eavmx very ambitiously reimagined into an experimental story. The motion has become a collection of us all, reflecting an energy and care which we could have never accomplished without the constant work and long hours put in by our wonderful cast and crew.

This is the first part of the trilogy where we reconstruct our dreams and memories, mirroring the chaotic and distorted nature of being stuck in the motion.

Florence Likes to Die (2026)

When Florence begins to develop morbid fantasies about her own death, she drags her best friend, Ruby, into a series of macabre roleplaying games that bring to light unfulfillable yearnings…

Still processing what it felt like to watch FLTD on the big screen. Sitting there with friends and loved ones, seeing Florence fully come to life through @yassinhaeussler vision and dedication, felt incredibly emotional and rewarding. Somehow, the closed screening also landed on Mother’s Day marking almost exactly one year after we first started developing Florence as an idea.

Now @florence_dies.film is stepping into the world with her first festival selection as a semi-finalist at @filmhausfest . Can’t wait to see where she takes us next 🖤

Last weekend, we flew to London to present The Motion at @priffuk , who also nominated us for Best Experimental! Truly a dream come true and a visa nightmare but what a surreal experience

Today, I’m feeling incredibly proud of our short film and the direction it’s heading after screenings at both editions of @cine_underground festival and the warm welcome in New York at @_reflex72 .

A while ago, we sat down for an interview with @martina_del_chiaro for @feministclubamsterdam to share our thoughts on experimental cinema, its urgency, and the sustainability of our practice shaped by absolute legends like Maya Deren, Barbara Hammer, and Rose Lowder. Through our dialogue we insist that women’s stories do not need to be neat, logical, or conclusive to hold meaning. They can be fluid, fragmented, and deeply felt.

my first interview as a photographer for @the.amsterdammer by the extraordinary @liviawend

A year ago we climbed the muddy fields of Kyiv Botanical Garden to shoot a silly little idea I had in mind for some time. Seven months later, I exhibited this silly little idea at the 17th edition of @stukafestamsterdam alongside the Dutch folk band @eb.en.vloed.muziek . To this day, I cannot thank enough everyone who showed up to support, helped transport the works, purchased prints, and believed in me!

Thank you @stukafestamsterdam for displaying my photography at the iconic Boekmanstichting! It means so much to showcase my first Ukrainian project in the heart of Amsterdam!

I couldn’t have done it without my little family at @thick.collective 🫂. @luisa.kanzler and @mia.medl are the fairies I would trust with my art all over again.
