Life will humble you, teach you, then send the bill.

Handle your business. Stay prayed up. Keep growing.

Still here. Still winning. Still laughing. #crowdersmountain #favorite #takeahike by @iamluckylefty24

Happy Birthday to my amazing daughter 🎉🎊🥳. 11 years of being your dad, and somehow you still manage to be the greatest gift God ever gave me. ❤️

Watching you grow into the amazing young lady you’re becoming is one of my greatest blessings. I don’t always get it perfect, but I’ll always love you, protect you, encourage you, and be in your corner.

Being your dad isn’t just a title—it’s one of the greatest honors of my life. 💕

I don’t follow recipes… I negotiate with the ingredients. 😂🍳

Another trip around the sun. Older, wiser, blessed, and still handsome enough to make the younger generation nervous. 😂 #GrownManSeason #chapter41 #tats #leo 📷 @londa.tr by @iamluckylefty24

Built different. I’m from the generation that got whooped, drank water from the hose and smoked candy cigs. I'm sure I will part of a class action lawsuit in 10 years 😆

I’m not saying I should have my own cooking show... but if the place gets quiet after the first bite, I did my job. 😏🍽️🔥

Mad Miles Ball wasn’t a party—it was a statement.

First half-marathon completed. Legs gave out at mile 10, but I told ’em we ain’t come this far to Uber back 😆. Nothing beats proving to yourself that you’re truly built for this. Running my own race, at my own pace. 🏁 @madmilesrunclub #GreatestRunClubonEarth #GROE #13.1 #nike #ifinished #halfmarathoner by @iamluckylefty24
