100 MILES IN OCTOBER 🏃🏾‍♂️💨

At the end of this video, you’ll catch me sitting in my car, killing time and debating whether I even felt like running all those miles. 😂 I’m in there singing my heart out and 30 minutes later @iamluckylefty24 pulls up, and just like that, we decide to get these miles in TOGETHER!

God may not show up when you want Him to, but He’ll always be right on time when you need a friend to run miles with! 😂🙏🏿

Last week the squad hosted our first event in The Madhouse and we’re excited to have a home base!! It’s more than somewhere to meet, it gives us space to bring ideas to life, host our community, create experiences, and continue finding ways to make an impact beyond running.

Fourth time Around the Crown 👑🏃🏾‍♂️

This race gets better every year. The miles were tough, the energy was high, and somehow I was smiling through most of it 😂. I didn’t beat my time from last year, but that’s the beauty of running. There’s always another race, another goal, and another chance. I’ll get it one day.

What made this year special was everything surrounding the miles. Seeing so many Milers take on Around the Crown for the very first time, while others were right there running it for the fourth year too. My parents came out to support me, friends sent messages that meant more than they probably realize, and run clubs traveled from near and far to come celebrate, run, and be part of the festivities with us. That kind of love never gets old.

And a special little nod to my friend Alex, because when something this big comes together the way it does, there are people behind the scenes pouring a whole lot into making the experience what it is. She’s one of those people, and she continues to amaze me. 🤎

Then there’s Cornell and Vanity. What they’ve built with Mad Miles is so much bigger than running. It’s community. It’s friendship. It’s belonging. It’s people from completely different walks of life finding common ground through a few miles together. I’ve watched this community grow, change lives, create friendships, and continue expanding in such a positive way. That doesn’t happen by accident. Forever grateful for the vision, heart, and intention they continue to pour into it.

Four Around the Crowns down. A whole lot of memories made. Still chasing that PR. 😂
