Introducing β€œSanctuary” we are a new way of living, rising in the Texas Hill Country; crafted with the timeless spirit of the architecture and healthy materials we used in Tulum, but built for longevity, health, and connection for our friends in Texas. 🫢🏽🌿πŸͺ΄πŸŒ΅πŸŒ³πŸŒ 🌿 No drywall. No paper-faced materials that can harbor hidden mold. Instead, every home is built with durable materials designed to stand up to the Hill Country climate while creating a healthier indoor environment. 🌡 Native Texas stone, sourced and cut locally, is being installed now. The roof doubles as a rainwater capture system, collecting and treating water for showers, toilets, and irrigationβ€”a level of sustainability rarely seen in residential communities in Texas. πŸ©΅πŸ’™ πŸ› οΈ Inside, we’ve chosen copper plumbing over PEX and run electrical wiring through metal conduit to help reduce electromagnetic field exposure within the home. πŸ“Just 22 minutes from downtown Austin, Sanctuary is more than a neighborhood. It’s a place designed for people who want to truly know their neighbors, raise their families, and build a life rooted in community. 🀍 This is what we’re building. Inspired by our time in Tulum, Mexico 🌴 designing + building + selling beautiful healthy homes but this time ... Sanctuary we are building this for our friends, neighbors, coworkers, and family in the Hill Country of Texas.🀍🫢🏽🀠🌿🌡🌳 🌿 Sanctuary | Dripping Springs, Texas 🌿 πŸ“²DM us to learn more about the vision, the homes, and what it takes to become part of this amazing community. πŸ“² Text the words Sanctuary to + 1 512-771-0754 to learn more and to schedule your very own VIP tour in person or online. 🌿 Listed by: Matthew Layman @iammatthewlayman Layman Luxury Group @laymanluxurygroup Douglas Elliman Real Estate @ellimantexas Developer @sanctuaryhillcountry #DrippingSprings #TexasHillCountry #AustinRealEstate #MillionDollarListing by @iammatthewlayman

🚨 BREAKING: Emerald Forest has officially reached the NFL. πŸ˜‚πŸˆ Apparently $1.6M cash wasn’t the hard part. It was the airport pickup. The hotel shuttle. The private financing. And then asking for $100K OFF in exchange for an Instagram Story. πŸ’€πŸ˜ Sir… this is real estate, not an influencer collab. πŸ˜‚ In all seriousness β€” with the Daejon Love story taking over the internet, I couldn’t resist. THIS DM IS SATIRE. But Emerald Forest is very real. 🌲🏑 We’re building a private collection of FOUR luxury homes in Austin, and if fake NFL money is already trying to get in, I should probably remind the people with real money that these homes are available. πŸ˜‚ Emerald Forest Collection Four homes. Luxury new construction. Austin, Texas. Starting around the $1.6M conversation. And yes, serious buyers get the private tour. Airport pickup? Negotiable. $100K discount for a Story shoutout? Absolutely not. πŸ˜‚ DM me β€œEMERALD” and I’ll send you the homes, plans, pricing and availability. β€” Matthew Layman Luxury Group @laymanluxurygroup Satire/parody.
