Me and the boys learned how to get sturdy with @kaicenat last week during his 30 day nonstop stream on @twitch. We walked in without knowing what would transpire over the next hour and we ended up having an awesome time improving and going with the flow.
Thank you to @mford312 & @harveytherealtorla for rolling with me and making the experience one for the books.

The Perfect 10
Don’t do this breath while driving or operating any sort of machinery. It’s a nice and quick clearing breath to give bring you balance and perfect for getting in the space to set an intention, meditate, or to pray.
Let me know how you feel in the comments.

I haven’t posted to TikTok in awhile so I threw this up yesterday while I was still in character. I love when people fight over whether or I’m really Obama in the comments 😂#dance #fun #obamaimpersonator #obamalookalike #iamreggiebrown #obama taken in Beverly Hills, California by @iamreggiebrown

Happy Friday!

This enhanced version of The Perfect 10 is sure to kick off your weekend in the best way- calm, balanced, collected and connected.

Make sure you get 10 big diaphragmatic breaths in before your full lung breath hold.

*If you don’t know how to breathe from your diaphragm for now, don’t worry, 10 full lung breaths will do.

Make sure that you’re not driving and have a minute after breathing to take in the feelings and sensations.

A huge thanks to Kimberly for hosting my first group breathwork session in Chicago at The Publishing House and everyone who came to experience the power of their breath.

It was the perfect space for our Relax & Reset session.

I look forward to coming back in December!

People always used to tell me “ You look so much like Obama, but you need bigger ears” so I called Vincent! @vincentvandykefx and his team have been making my Obama ears for me for over a decade now. It’s a crucial part of my character. Two new sets are coming right up!
Take a look at the faces on the wall behind me.
Recognize anyone?

Bottlerock never disappoints, it’s the best music festival by far. What an incredible weekend of singing, dancing, laughter and love. I led mini breathwork sessions backstage and taught my Perfect 10 breath to some new friends. Great job as always @bottlerocknapa & all our friends at @williamssonoma 🙏🏽 by @iamreggiebrown
