You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up. Become who you dream of ❗️ by @iamruck__

Who am I?

Am I the product of the environment that raised me… or the person I choose to become?

The world gave me circumstances. It didn’t give me my identity.

Maybe growth begins the moment you stop letting your past answer that question for you. My habits, my discipline, and my choices reveal who I really am.

What’s been your most painful gym experience? 😅

Mine wasn’t the workouts…

• Eating too close to training and feeling nauseous halfway through.
• Skipping a proper warm-up and wondering why my joints were aching.

The little things matter more than people think. A few extra minutes warming up and giving your food time to digest can make the difference between a great workout and a miserable one.

The goal isn’t to leave every workout feeling destroyed. It’s to stimulate the muscle, recover, and come back stronger. If every session leaves you completely wiped out, eventually you’ll dread training—and consistency always beats intensity.

Stimulate, don’t annihilate. Recover. Repeat. Grow. #fatlosscoach #fitnesscoach #mindset by @iamruck__

After your workout, focus on a meal that’s high in protein with a moderate amount of carbs.

Protein gives your muscles the building blocks they need to repair and grow.

Carbs help replenish the glycogen you used during training and support your recovery, helping your body recover more efficiently after your workout.

Keep it simple.

🥩 High protein
🍚 Moderate carbs
💧 Stay hydrated

THE ROAD TO 175 | Episode 3: Do You Really Need Cardio?

You don’t have to spend hours on a treadmill to lose body fat.

Fat loss comes from maintaining a calorie deficit over time. Cardio can help create that deficit, but it isn’t the only way. For most people, lifting weights, hitting a daily step goal, and staying consistent with nutrition are more than enough.

Cardio is a tool—not a requirement.

Focus on the habits you can stick to:

* Eat enough protein.
* Lift weights consistently.
* Get your daily steps.
* Stay patient.

The goal isn’t to do more.

The goal is to do what you can repeat every day.#fatlosscoach ’s #caloriedeficit #weightlossjourney by @iamruck__
