Sometimes clay is a metaphor for life.

We get a little off-centered from our purpose. Life applies pressure,
things get messy, and sometimes we lose our balance.
But the key is to find our center again.

Even when the clay fails, we try again. We learn to adjust,
embrace the imperfections, and trust the process.

Because life, just like clay, doesn’t always take the shape we imagined.
Sometimes we have to let go, start over, and believe that something beautiful
can still come from the process.

Stay grounded. Find your center. Keep creating.

To my introverts, the quiet ones, the ones who rehearse their words in their heads but sometimes struggle to let them out into the world — BE UNAPOLOGETICALLY HEARD!

I’m too always nervous and afraid when I step on the stage, performing doesn’t erase my pain it gives my pain a voice..

Good Ming Monday!

I’m often afraid of failing. Afraid that I won’t get it right. Afraid that all the work, prayers, and sacrifices won’t lead me where I’m trying to go.

But God keeps reminding me: “Trust Me.”

I’m learning to stop letting the fear of failing keep me from trying. I may not know how it will work out, but I know Who holds the outcome.

So, God… I trust You.

I wish someone would’ve told me sooner that clay relieves my anxiety.

There’s something about the feel of it — grounding, tactile, honest — that I never found anywhere else. No pressure to make it perfect. Just my hands, the wheel, and the quiet.

Create Anyway

When depression and anxiety consume your energy, how do you create?
Honestly, sometimes I don’t know.

Some days, even the thought of creating feels exhausting. But then I sit at the wheel, put my hands in the clay, and let myself begin without asking for anything more than that moment.

I don’t have to make something beautiful.
I don’t have to be productive.
I don’t even have to finish.

I just have to show up.

Sometimes creating isn’t about having something to give. Sometimes it’s about letting the clay hold a little bit of what you’re carrying.

So today, I’m throwing anyway. 🤍
