What God shows you in private, He will reveal publicly in His perfect timing.⁣
⁣
Long before my face appeared on this billboard, I saw it.⁣
⁣
Not the billboard itself, but the visibility, the impact, and the opportunities God was preparing me for.⁣
⁣
And here’s the craziest part...⁣
⁣
I drive I-95 several times a week. Every time I left my office and passed this exact billboard, I would imagine what it would be like to see Simply Lovable® there one day.⁣
⁣
I claimed that billboard long before my ad ever appeared on it.⁣
⁣
So imagine my surprise when Christal called and told me my ad would be running on that very billboard.⁣
⁣
Not another location.⁣
⁣
The exact one I had been praying, visualizing, and believing for.⁣
⁣
That reminded me that God doesn’t just give you a vision. He also positions the right people to help bring it to life.⁣
⁣
I met Christal about two years ago, never knowing she would become part of the very thing I had been praying for. While we’re trying to figure out the “how,” God is already making connections, opening doors, and creating opportunities we could never create on our own.⁣
⁣
Now, thousands of people traveling along Hollywood Boulevard and I-95 get to see Simply Lovable® every day.⁣
⁣
This billboard isn’t the destination.⁣
⁣
It’s a reminder that God is faithful, His timing is perfect, and this is only the beginning.⁣
⁣
Thank you, Christal, for helping make the vision visible. 💜⁣

If surface-level self-help has left you feeling seen but not supported—The SELF Method was built with you in mind.
This isn’t about bubble baths and buzzwords.

It’s a clinically informed, emotionally grounded framework created for women who are tired of being “strong” on the outside while silently unraveling on the inside.

SELF isn’t just a word. It’s a roadmap.

S – Self-Awareness & Identification
You can’t change what you won’t name. This first step helps you recognize patterns, triggers, and the parts of your story you’ve been avoiding.

E – Evolution & Empowerment
No more shrinking to fit or silencing your truth. This phase supports your mindset shift and helps you reclaim your voice.

L – Letting Go of Limiting Beliefs
You’ve been living under stories that were never yours to carry. We challenge the internal scripts shaped by trauma, upbringing, and emotional neglect.

F – Fulfillment through Self-Care
This isn’t luxury. This is necessity. From boundaries to restoration practices, fulfillment becomes your standard—not your reward.

The SELF Method is designed for the woman who’s outgrown performing wellness and is ready to embody it.

This is for the woman who’s done compartmentalizing her healing.
Not therapy. Not coaching.

This is Simply Lovable®️ where clinical insight meets lived experience, and healing becomes how you live, not just what you hope for.

In the heart of my journey as a licensed clinical social worker, I witnessed firsthand the silent battles that women fight every day—juggling responsibilities, caring for others, and often neglecting their own needs. I saw the pain of past traumas, the weight of societal expectations, and the burnout that comes from constantly putting others first. As a professional dedicated to helping others heal, I knew there had to be a way to empower women to reclaim their lives and prioritize their well-being.

That’s when Simply Lovable® was born. It wasn’t just a business idea; it was a mission—a mission to create a space where women of all ages could find the tools, support, and encouragement to make self-care a non-negotiable part of their lives. I wanted to build something that went beyond the typical self-care rhetoric and addressed the deep-rooted need for emotional resilience, self-awareness, and healing.

Simply Lovable® isn’t just about products; it’s about transformation. It’s about helping women understand that their strength lies not just in surviving but in thriving—turning their past adversities into sources of power. Whether it’s through our SELF method, which emphasizes Self-Awareness, Evolution, Letting Go, and Fulfillment, or our carefully curated resources, Simply Lovable® is here to remind every woman that she is worthy of the love and care she so freely gives to others.

This brand is my love letter to every woman who has ever felt like she wasn’t enough. Through Simply Lovable®, I’m committed to walking this journey with you, offering the tools and support you need to prioritize yourself, set boundaries, and ultimately, step into the fullness of who you are meant to be.

Self-care doesn’t have to look one way. And it definitely doesn’t have to wait until you’re exhausted.

For one person, self-care might be quieting their mind through meditation.
For someone else, it’s moving their body.

It might be getting a massage, picking up a paintbrush, learning something new about caring for their skin, enjoying something fresh and nourishing, or simply giving themselves permission to enjoy a few hours without worrying about what comes next.

That’s what Self Care on the Green™ is all about.

For the 4th year, Self Care on the Green™ is returning to West Park, bringing different forms of self-care together in one place so you can explore what caring for YOU can actually look and feel like.

✨ Massage services
🎨 Creative Corner
💪🏾 Body movement + exercise
🧘🏾‍♀️ Meditation
✨ Skincare + self-care education
🥤 Fresh natural juices
💚 Mental wellness resources and more

And the best part?
It’s FREE and open to the community.

You deserve more than whatever time and energy you have left.
You know what everybody needs. But when someone asks what you need, you have to think about it.

You encourage everybody else, then talk yourself out of your own possibilities.
And self-care? That keeps getting moved to tomorrow.

Start paying attention to how you treat yourself.
The Simply Lovable® Card Deck gives you a place to start: self-discovery activities, self-care activities, affirmations, and self-love prompts.

Explore what matters to you. Practice giving yourself care. Question the negative self-talk. Take one small action that supports your well-being.

The card gives you the prompt. You give yourself the time to follow through.

That’s how self-love gets a place in your daily life.

Shop the Simply Lovable® Card Deck at iamsimplylovable.shop.

You know how everyone takes their coffee.

You can plan a birthday down to the favorite cake.

You remember who can't eat onions, who needs the aisle seat, who gets carsick.

But when someone asks, "What do you want?" your mind goes blank.

"Whatever you want is fine."

Sometimes that really is easygoing.

And sometimes it's what happens when your own preferences go unused for years, until you honestly can't find them anymore.

That's not a character flaw. It's a sign of how long you've been taking care of everyone else first.

Self-awareness starts smaller than you think: one honest preference a day.

Comment "ME" if you said "whatever you want" this week.

I completed 21 days of storytelling.
But consistency was not the greatest thing I gained.
I entered this challenge believing I needed to become better at creating content for Simply Lovable®.
The deeper problem was that I had become more comfortable sharing the products than sharing the woman, therapist, minister, and founder behind them.

So, for 21 days, I showed up.
I shared stories I had lived, lessons I had learned, and parts of my journey that required me to use my voice before I could predict how people would respond.

The measurable win is that I completed all 21 days.
The greater win cannot be measured by a number.
I stopped viewing visibility as something I needed only to promote a product. I began recognizing it as part of how I connect with the women God has called me to reach.

I also learned that I do not need every question answered before I take the next step.

My questions have not disappeared.
They simply no longer have the authority to delay my obedience.
Simply Lovable® is the brand.
The products are the boat.
My voice carries the message.
My visibility creates the connection.
And RESTORE HER is the next step being birthed from what this challenge revealed and the conference confirmed.

I started this challenge asking, “What should I post?”
I am completing it with a deeper question:
“Am I willing to use everything God placed in my hands, including my voice?”
My answer is yes.
The challenge is complete.
But my voice is not going back into hiding.

Thank you, @jun_yuh and @creatorcollege, for creating a challenge that required me to do more than tell better stories. It required me to see my own story differently.

Stay close for RESTORE HER.

I knew how to help women identify what they were feeling, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with themselves.

What I did not know was how different it would be to take that knowledge outside the therapy room and build products around it.

When I created Simply Lovable®, I believed the need would make the value obvious.

Women were carrying invisible hurt, questioning themselves, and showing up for everyone while neglecting themselves. I created the card deck, companion workbook, notebook collection, and self-care resources to support that woman.

The products are beautiful.
They are professionally informed, high quality, and created to address a real need.
Women who experienced them told me how powerful they are.
But the sales did not reflect the quality or value of what I had created.

That was difficult to separate from me.

I invested in coaching. I learned new strategies. I changed my messaging. At times, I questioned whether I had misunderstood the vision or lacked what it took to build it.

What I understand now is that being skilled as a therapist did not automatically make me skilled at running a product-based business.
I was learning a different set of skills.
I also learned that marketing is not the opposite of helping people. If women cannot find the products or understand how the products can support them, they cannot make an informed decision about purchasing them.

Simply Lovable® was created to help women make SELF non-negotiable.
Building it required me to do the same.

I had to pay attention to my self-talk, separate business results from my worth, let go of limiting beliefs, and continue without waiting until I felt completely certain.

If I could speak to the woman who started Simply Lovable®, I would tell her:
The need is real.
The products have value.
You are allowed to learn how to communicate both.

If you are building something you believe in, do not turn what you still need to learn into proof that you should stop.

What is this season teaching you?

You can still create a meaningful future when motherhood changes the plans you made.

I returned home pregnant without a degree.

That is where this story begins.

When you leave for college, you imagine how life is supposed to unfold. Coming home before earning your degree can make your future feel completely different.

Looking back, I wish someone had helped me separate what had changed from what was still possible.

My college plans had changed.

But my ability to learn, earn my degree, and become the woman God created me to be was still there.

So I went back to school.

That decision didn’t give me a picture of everything ahead. It simply gave me a way to keep moving toward a goal that still mattered to me.

Eventually, I earned two degrees.

Years later, I would also come to understand the calling, anointing, and gift of healing God had placed on my life.

None of that was visible when I returned home.

That’s why I’m careful about the advice I give another woman standing in a moment like that.

“Everything will work out” doesn’t tell her what to do with the uncertainty she feels today.

What I can tell her is this:

You don’t have to know how your entire life will unfold to take one step toward something that still matters to you.

For me, that step was returning to school.

For you, it may be something different.

If pregnancy or motherhood changed your plans, you are allowed to revisit those plans.

You are also allowed to create new ones.

A different route can still lead to a life you value.

I couldn’t see this future when I returned home pregnant without a degree.

So I’m sharing what I wish someone had helped me understand then:

You can love the child you’re raising and keep becoming the woman you were created to be.

That understanding is part of what I share through Simply Lovable®—recognizing yourself beyond your circumstances, questioning limiting beliefs, and making room for growth.

Share this with a mother who needs that reminder today.

Sometimes you are not waiting for God to confirm the assignment.

You are waiting for fear to stop objecting to it.

I know because I did it.

I kept calling it preparation. I told myself I needed more clarity, more confidence, more time.

But underneath it all was one question:

“What if I fully show up for what God gave me and people still don’t respond?”

That question followed me into Simply Lovable®.

I created the Card Deck and Companion Workbook in 2022. People loved them. Women shared how much they helped them reflect and recognize things about themselves.

Still, fear kept asking:

What if it doesn’t work?
What if people don’t understand?
What if I become visible and still fail?

Fear had learned how to sound responsible.

It called itself wisdom.
It called itself patience.
It called itself needing more clarity.

The shift came when I stopped expecting fear to approve the assignment.

I started taking steps before I had every answer. I stopped minimizing the value of Simply Lovable®. And I stopped treating slow results as proof that I had heard God wrong.

That is what SELF work required from me.

Not pretending fear was gone.

Recognizing it was there—and refusing to let it make the decision.

I’m still building. Still becoming visible. Still learning.

But I know this now:

Confidence isn’t always confirmation. Sometimes confidence comes after you take the step you were afraid to take.

Ask yourself:

“What would I do next if fear didn’t get the final vote?”

Then do that.

Take the FREE SELF Score Assessment to discover which area of SELF needs your attention first.
