Power. Presence. Purpose.
Our Power Vinyasa Teacher Training is a transformational journey designed not only for those who wish to teach, but for anyone seeking meaningful spiritual growth and a deeper connection to their practice.
Wendy and Marcela create a supportive, intentional space where movement becomes meditation, breath becomes wisdom, and confidence is built from the inside out.
Whether your path leads you to teaching or simply to a more embodied, aligned way of living, this training offers the tools to grow, expand, and lead from authenticity.
If you feel the call, we invite you to step into it. ✨🧘‍♀️

✨ EMBRACE YOUR POWER ✨

A 3-hour journey to reset, reconnect & reclaim what’s yours.

Life pulls at us from every direction. It can leave us overwhelmed, on autopilot, and disconnected from our truest selves. This women’s workshop gives you the space to pause, breathe, and return to who you are beneath the noise.

What we will explore together:
✨ Curiosity:
We turn inward and gently look at the patterns and beliefs that have dimmed your light so you can understand where your power has gone and how to call it back.
✨ Re-Connection:
Through yoga, you will come home to your body, move what has been stuck, and ground yourself in presence and clarity.
✨ Courage:
With SOMA breathwork, you will move energy through your nervous system and release what has been held in your cellular memory so your insights shift into real embodied change.

Supported by three facilitators (@infinitebykimberly @iamstardust1986 @bekindandpresent ) who believe deeply in your capacity to awaken.

In-Person Workshop
💫Where:
NOW Power YOGA @nowpoweryoga
59 Tamal Vista Boulevard, Corte Madera
💫When:
Tuesday, December 2nd 5:45 – 8:45 PM

🤎 Mother Earth, I love you 🤎
When I connect with you, I feel most free
at ease, aligned, and whole.
In your presence, I return to myself,
to my highest self.
My true essence flows effortlessly through me.
With you, just you,
I could stay for hours…
and be completely at peace. by @iamstardust1986

We are travelers on a cosmic journey, stardust, swirling and dancing in the eddies and whirlpools of infinity. Life is eternal. We have stoped for a moment to encounter each other, to meet, to love, to share. This is a precious moment. It is a little parenthesis in eternity.
