🦋A dose of inspiration, yoga, positivity, health & wellness

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

To each and every one of you who showed up Sunday, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🤍

Our hearts are connected to the people of Colombia, who just experienced a devastating 7.4-magnitude earthquake. Thousands of homes collapsed. So many lives were lost. So many others were left without a place to call home.

In the midst of such tragedy, something beautiful emerged, people like you, coming together with open hearts to remind those who are suffering that they are not alone.
Every act of kindness, no matter how small, carries light and hope to someone who may need it more than we know.

Because yoga teaches us to pause, to breathe, and to honor the connection between all of us
May we hold them in our hearts.

May their families feel surrounded by love and strength.
And may the energy we created together become a small light of hope for everyone who is suffering. 🇨🇴🙏

✨ EMBRACE YOUR POWER ✨

A 3-hour journey to reset, reconnect & reclaim what’s yours.

Life pulls at us from every direction. It can leave us overwhelmed, on autopilot, and disconnected from our truest selves. This women’s workshop gives you the space to pause, breathe, and return to who you are beneath the noise.

What we will explore together:
✨ Curiosity:
We turn inward and gently look at the patterns and beliefs that have dimmed your light so you can understand where your power has gone and how to call it back.
✨ Re-Connection:
Through yoga, you will come home to your body, move what has been stuck, and ground yourself in presence and clarity.
✨ Courage:
With SOMA breathwork, you will move energy through your nervous system and release what has been held in your cellular memory so your insights shift into real embodied change.

Supported by three facilitators (@infinitebykimberly @iamstardust1986 @bekindandpresent ) who believe deeply in your capacity to awaken.

Incredibly grateful to have @iamstardust1986 as part of our team of #orixcollaborators 💫

“Born and raised in Colombia, I have always had a deep passion for the healing and transcendental powers of yoga. It has been a significant part of my life, and I have devoted myself to its practice for many years.

In my classes, I offer a unique experience that combines Hatha-rooted techniques, rhythmic beats, and a focus on release, play, and meditation in movement. My intention is to guide my students towards being fully present and help them discover the divine within themselves, their Ori. Yoga and movement have played a pivotal role in my personal growth and transformation, leading me to create a nurturing and sacred space where women can connect with their highest selves.

I am honored to be on this journey with the ORIx community. “

🌟 Live each day full of intention 🌟

Life is a precious gift, and every day is an opportunity to create something beautiful. When we live with intention, we bring purpose and meaning to our lives, and we open ourselves up to endless possibilities.

Living with intention means being present in the moment, setting clear goals, and taking action towards them every day. It means making conscious choices that align with our values and highest self, and letting go of anything that doesn't serve us.

So take a deep breath, set your intentions for the day, and step forward with purpose and clarity. Embrace every moment as a chance to learn, grow, and create something beautiful. Remember that you have the power to shape your life in any way you choose, and that every small step you take towards your goals is a step towards a brighter future.
💫💫💫
The Reconnect, Recharge, Rewire retreat was a unique experience for all the women who attended. Throughout the day, they were able to connect deeply with themselves and each other, learning about the power of intentional living and reflect on how to feel energized in their life.

The workshops and activities were carefully curated to encourage self-reflection, personal growth, and empowerment, and the women left feeling deeply touched and inspired.

The retreat was a powerful reminder of the importance of taking time for ourselves, connecting with our inner wisdom, and living with purpose and intention. #intentionalliving #mindfulness #purpose #meaning #gratitude #selfawareness #selfgrowth #empowerment #motivation #inspiration #positivity
