It's been a minute since I've done a proper introduction over here! And with so much happening behind the scenes, I wanted to share a bit more about what I offer.

This is for you if you love music, prioritize your wellness, and especially if you're a leader on the lookout for ways to maintain your edge without sacrificing your nervous system.

I'm so happy to invite you to have a click through if you feel called, and I'm a DM away if you're ready to start a conversation.

When I created the concept for The Dreaming Room: Soundscapes for Deep Rest, I wanted it to be an event people could come to experience without having to judge their need for rest.

Over the course of the year, it has turned into something more beautiful than I ever imagined it would be. Seeing people come in, give themselves permission to rest, and find a little laughter and lightness has been a gift to me, too.

I hope you'll join us tomorrow evening in Pioneer Square. It's our second-to-last event of the year and is going to be so special.

Details and RSVP info are in my bio.

So I found a feather today, or it found me.

Context: I had just spent like 2 hours at Mildstead & Co with @iamstephaball.

Opera singer. Sound meditation facilitator. Reiki Master. And I’m sitting there and she goes “oh, I did a thing with Harvard” the way you’d tell someone you finally cleaned out your car.

She got a City of Seattle grant and built a concert series with it. Two brands launching this fall.

Here’s the thing about being an entrepreneur that nobody puts on the slide. It is pattern recognition, right? You sit across from someone and you can see the dots before either of you says them out loud. I saw them in about four minutes. Then I spent the other 70 trying to play it cool and not ideate into the potential, which, if you know me, I didn’t.

I walked out. White feather on the floor between the stools. I haven’t always been this woo. I am woo now. I picked it up and it felt electric. That’s not a metaphor, that is what happened.
This is alignment. This is community. This is the part I would not trade for a single thing I built in 15 years of my prior career, and I built a lot.

Also (and I’m going to stop myself here because I’ll say too much) we have plans for @thevantagenetwork. That’s all.

I forgot to take a picture of us, so you get the feather. Go follow Stephanie. Like her content, let’s support one another.

Seattle: The Dreaming Room, October 15, ARTS at King Street Station, 6 to 7:30, free. Link’s in her bio.

When’s the last time you sat across from someone and just knew?

Doing a hard lean back into my creativity and making music has been one of the best gifts that could have ever come my way these last couple of years. And my favorite part has been collaborating with some absolute rock stars! Ashwagandha Sunrise is out on select streaming platforms now, and if you’re in Seattle you can come catch it live tomorrow at The Dreaming Room: Soundscapes for Deep Rest.
