Biblio and librophiles for the arts, I highly recommend the spectacular views and circular corridors of the Getty Research Institute.
A bar was recently added to the campus.
(Guess they DO check the suggestion box.)
Now you can pull up for sundowners and the art collection!

Spent some quality time rocking The Hollywood Bowl with The Legendary Roots Crew.
Here are images and footage of, J Period, Goodie Mobb, Redman, Methodman and Black Thought doing sound check with the band befor the evening’s event.
The actual show was filled to the top of the bowl!
I was excited to capture Questlove descending from the drums after an epic 3 hour show, preceded by a full day’s rehearsals.
They ended the night by boarding flights to NY for Fallon.
Salute to the class of ‘95 to infinity🎓
Stay Strong LA✊🏾

May was a locomotive of loss, lectures, lessons and liminal spaces.
I am thankful to the present authors, scholars, practitioners and artists who shared their energy. Respect to your craft and action!
I can still feel the reverberations of the ancestors who have moved on. Their light shines upon us.
The force don’t stop.
I was inspired to make some images and do the research to develop my practice.
Look to the horizon.
Rest assured that there is new work coming!

“Hey, hey, hey-hey….”
He jokingly says to me if I could make time to rehearse, we could tag team so he could get some time off work.
(I don’t think he’s actually joking.)
My uncle says, “Pray he doesn’t decide to rob banks.”
(I don’t think he’s joking either.)
Once I actually attended an event as him.
(I have the Getty Images to prove it.)
Who do people say YOU look like?
