Empowering women to strip away everything that isn’t them and become NAKED™️

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Confession: This reel took me hours to edit. About 25 takes. Endless
overthinking. 🤯

Finally, I became my own hype woman and said to myself…

“Gurl. Post the damn video already!!” 😅

The irony? Here I am talking about the fear of being seen… while still having to choose courage myself. I’m not here because I’ve mastered it, I’m here because I live it and I know what’s possible on the other side when you choose courage over comfort. 🌱

This isn’t just a new business. It’s years of growth, healing, and finally deciding to stop waiting until I feel “ready.”

Ladies, if you’ve ever felt like you’ve been hiding parts of yourself or playing smaller than you know you’re capable of, I hope this speaks to you. ❤️

Whether you’ve known me for years or we just met… welcome. This is just the beginning.✨✨

❤️ Save this as a reminder of who you really are.

Me on Teen Wolf: Ancient, powerful Skinwalker energy. 😈⚔️

Me the second they yelled cut: “Can somebody take this spear before my shoulder falls off?” 😩😂

Actors: making pain look effortless since forever. 😅

Had a blast talking Teen Wolf, behind-the-scenes stories, the reality of set life and so much more on my longtime friend @geraldojuscategui’s podcast, Chateau Bow Wow. 🦴Catch the full episode on YouTube now! 🎙️✨

Some moments don’t belong in a rushed recap—they deserve their own spotlight. ✨ Hosting @myvipwtos for the second year in a row at Atlantis in the Bahamas was hands down, one of the highlights of my year! These are a few favorite on- and off-camera moments; the joy, the energy, the reason I love what I do. ❤️

So grateful to work with incredible teams, be trusted with big stages, and continue living my favorite truth:
I get paid to be me. I get paid to exist.

Taking this mantra straight into 2026—come say it with me! 💛💫

Some days you need prayer, meditation, and positive affirmations…

Other days you just need Ice Cube yelling, “GET YO ASS UP! PUT YOUR BACK INTO IT!” 😂 And I did. 💪👟Thankfully, I didn’t put my back OUT. 🤪😅

This is your Thursday reminder: Stop playing small, stop waiting for perfect, show up for yourself and PUT YOUR BACK INTO IT! 😂

Even when you don’t feel like it. Especially then. ❤️

Now go be bold, be seen, and make some noise! 🔥

Last night, I traded my curls for sleek hair, slipped into red sequins, and became “Connie Crescendo” 🎶 for Murder on the High Seas aboard the Queen Mary. 🚢🔎 A good time was had! So much fun 🤩

The irony of being an actress? I spend my life becoming other people while doing the work of becoming more of MYSELF. 💋

But the real question is: Was Connie just serving looks and questionable song lyrics… or serving a motive? 👀🔪🕵️

So apparently I’m doing this.😄🤣

One friend entered me and several tagged me to enter the Top Host competition, and here we are. Imma take the hint! 😅 Am I about to flood your timeline everyday begging for votes? Absolutely not. 😂

Y’all already know what I do. You’ve seen me with a mic in my hand. You know I love a stage, a crowd, talking (lol) and turning a room full of strangers into family. 💕Hosting is my JAM.

So I’m just gonna leave this right here, let it do what it do, and if you feel so inclined… VOTE FOR YA GIRL. 💗🎤

Grateful for the opportunity. Let’s see what happens. 😏✨

I love when my iPhone randomly takes these old photos & videos and creates a memory for me…because LOOK WHAT IT FOUND. 🥹🎤

Me singing “How Can We Be Lovers” with Michael Bolton at The Grove in Los Angeles circa 2010. Wow. 😲 I don’t think I’ve ever posted this clip before.

This was when I had just joined the tour, and so many of my friends came out that night to see me. I remember being beyond excited. 🤩 Little did I know, it would be the beginning of five incredible years singing with MB and traveling all over the world. 🌎

So many stages. So many countries. So many memories. ✨

Sometimes it’s your phone that reminds you just how much life you’ve lived. ❤️

POV: You’ve got momentum, posting regularly, building your business then BOOM. 🥊You get sick. 😷 You’re down for the count annnd just kinda fall off.

Well, you don’t have to come back with a bang. Just come back. 😉

I said to myself, “Okay, today’s the day. I’m gonna get back into it and post!”

It took me ALL DAY to just turn the camera on, speak from my heart and leave it here. No editing. No fancy anything. No overthinking it one more damn time. 😂

Just me…starting.

She back! 😅 Oh and Happy October. 🎃🍂 Here’s to coming out of hiding, getting your motivation back and letting ourselves be seen; even before we feel completely ready. 💜

Apparently, I’m incapable of just hosting Bingo like a normal person. 😂

There will be singing. 🎤
There will be dancing. 💃🏽
There may be an occasional trip, stumble or completely unnecessary performance. 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

And every now and then, a player casually brings up a show I’ve been on (shout out to OGWolf 🐺) and reminds me that y’all have been paying attention. 😂❤️

I really do LOVE this gig. Getting to show up, be my ridiculous self, make people laugh and hang out with this crazy, hilarious LivePlay Bingo community is such a gift.💝

And the LOVE these players give me; especially when I haven’t hosted there in a minute and they’re like “TIFFANY!!! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!” 🥹 Listen… everybody wants to feel missed! 😂

*Disclaimer: Ignore the shoes this is BTS and our shoes aren’t seen on camera or else, I’d be in some 👠’s! 🤣 At least I’m not wearing 👟🤪

They said “Action!” 🎬 and I froze like somebody had unplugged me. 🔌😳 But I walked back onto that set and delivered that monologue so well, the fact that I’d completely blanked minutes earlier became irrelevant. The director quite literally forgot.

You may freeze. Bomb the presentation. Lose your train of thought. Walk into a room you’re qualified for and suddenly question whether you belong there.

Here’s what I learned from that moment and what you can use the next time fear gets in YOUR way:

1. Ground yourself.
Breathe. Get out of the spiral and back into your body.

2. Don’t make the mistake mean something about you.
“I messed up” does NOT mean “I’m not good enough.”

3. Remember who you are.
Think about the evidence: your experience, preparation, wins, and everything you’ve already overcome.

4. Focus on what you’re there to GIVE.
Stop worrying about how you’re being perceived and get back to the work.

5. Let the moment END.
You don’t have to drag your last five minutes into your next five.

That’s NAKED. Strip away the fear, the story, and the need to prove yourself and come back to who you already are. 🌟

Confidence isn’t “I never mess up.” It’s “I know how to come back.” 💪
