🏃‍♀️‍➡️JUNE RUNNING CHALLENGE🏃‍♀️‍➡️ • I saw that my coach @kellylmatthews did a running challenge a couple months ago and decided, ya know what? I wanna do that too! For the whole month of June I would run at least 1 mile everyday. I haven’t ran in YEARS so I knew this was going to be hard. Some days I could only manage 1 and other days I could go a little longer. On my last day today, day 30, I decided to go all out with the longest I’ve ever ran. 5 MILES!🔥 I knew it would be extremely challenging considering it being 80 degrees by 8am 😅 but with the company of @jessswight it honestly wasn’t as difficult as I thought it was going to be! Time went by so fast and I’m so glad I had her by my side💛 • In total, I ran 48.83 miles this month! And that’s WILD to me. My body didn’t change a whole lot but my endurance is so much better now! If you’re looking for a challenge I encourage you to try it out! I did this for myself to test my mental and physical body. I was honestly so shocked with the amount of people I had inspired to also pick up running. THE END OF AN ERA😢 • Today I finally said goodbye to my Nissan Altima 😭 I bought this car back in 2013 and it was my DREAM car! I’ve been through so much with this bad bitch. Multiple different moves, career changes, end of friendships, beginning of new ones, road trips, you name it. 205k miles worth of bond. Idc if this is cringe. I have such an attachment to this car even tho the last 4/5 years it has put me through HELL!🔥 IYKYK! I’ve posted about all the troubles this car has given me and I still loved her. I only cried twice. BUT as bittersweet as it is to say goodbye, she gave me 13 years worth of memories I’ll cherish forever. We upgraded today in tru Victoria fashion with yet again another coupe! And you’ll all be glad to know it has AC!🔥 y’all can now sleep good at night knowing I’m not driving a car that I’m risking my life in🤣 by @iamvictoriouss

It’s crazy to think that it’s already been a year since I experienced the most traumatic event to happen in my life. On vacation leaving a restaurant for the night to only wake up in the hospital extremely confused and in so much pain. I have no memory of that chunk of time and it’s probably for the best. Recovery was incredibly hard and taxing on my mental health. Why me? I still break down from time to time carrying the weight of knowing I could have died that night. To have only walked away with a fractured skull, a bleeding brain and ruptured ear drum. It wasn’t my time. All things considered I am pretty much fully recovered. My right ear isn’t as strong of hearing as my left which is hard. I luckily didn’t need any surgery for my fractures just gnarly staples for the gash on my head and time for healing on its own. The main challenge has been my taste and smell. It’s not gone but it’s very off and not in an enjoyable way. Things dont taste and smell how I know them to be. When having experienced a traumatic brain injury it might fully recover, partially recover or not at all. I am eternally grateful for my husband acting so fast to get me the help I needed that night. My true hero alongside all the EMT and staff at the hospital to keep me safe and alive. I am also endlessly appreciative of the love and support this past year to all my friends and family. You truly helped me in so many ways and I can’t thank you enough! 🙏❤️‍🔥 by @iamvictoriouss
