We keep talking about resting more. Playing more. Connecting more. But are we doing it? WildFiya creates many types of spaces because we are many things … but our PlayDates are intentionally low key, low lift, low pressure spaces that are just about gathering to be in soft company for even a brief moment. Everything doesn’t need to be a scene. Everything doesn’t need to require a line and a new outfit and a plan of action. All you need is to come and be and lean into that being enough.

An offering from the “Wiggle Room” where we connect with our bodies through judgement free movement and release what no longer serves us.
