AD | @cocoalocochoc Have The Most Amazingly Scrumptious Award Winning Dark Chocolate Selection!

I have loved @cocoalocochoc products for so long! Their products are all made using high quality, 100% organic and @fairtradeuk ingredients. They are all made with love in their Chocolate Barn located in West Sussex, England by their skilled chocolatiers.

@cocoalocochoc are my chocolate go-tos! They have a huge offering of vegan options, most of which are also gluten free. (Note that these products have a may contain gluten and dairy warning).

Every Easter their 72% dark chocolate eggs are at the top of my Easter bunny wish list, with the rest of their goodies keeping me more than happy in between. Everyday favourites include all their dark chocolate bars, and special occasion favourites include their deliciously indulgent dark chocolate praline truffles! I never share these though! 😅

Tuna Pasta Bake! 🐟
#glutenfree #lactosefree

Tuna pasta bake is an absolute favourite in my house! The ultimate comfort food!

My tuna pasta bake consists of a cheesy, creamy sauce that has a subtle hint of spice and tomato, mixed with the tuna and sweetcorn in pasta and baked with a generous layer of crushed salted crisps and melted grated cheese. After baking the dish goes deliciously gooey and is pure heaven!

This recipe is by @gfblogger which I adapted slightly to suit my food intolerances.

Bakewell Blondies!
#glutenfree #lactosefree

My gluten and lactose free Bakewell blondies are a great twist on the much loved classic British bake! My Bakewell blondies are thick and gooey with ground almonds creating that classic, delicious frangipane flavour. They are laced with chopped glacé cherries. They have raspberry jam generously swirled on top with toasted flaked almonds to decorate.

This recipe is originally by @janespatisserie which I adapted to be gluten and lactose free.

@starbucksuk (GF&DF) Raspberry & Coconut Brownie With An Almond Milk Latte!

@starbucksuk (GF&DF) Raspberry & Coconut Brownie was a delicious treat and the perfect accompaniment to my lovely almond milk latte. It is a gooey, rich, dark chocolate brownie stuffed with a desiccated coconut filling and topped with freeze-dried raspberries.

@phorestaurant Chargrilled Chicken Rice Bowl & Prawn Summer Rolls!
#glutenfree #dairyfree

@phorestaurant is a great option to eat out at if you have food intolerances. Not only is it super tasty, fresh and delicious, the majority of their menu is naturally gluten and dairy free too. Many of their dishes can be easily adapted to also be onion and garlic free.

I opted for the Chargrilled Chicken Rice Bowl which consists of sticky rice, cucumber, pickled carrots and ginger, radishes, coriander, Chinese leaf, chillies and marinated chargrilled chicken.

I also love their summer rolls which are served cold. I chose their prawn summer rolls which are rice paper filled with vermicelli, prawns, carrots and lettuce. Served with a gluten free soy sauce alternative.

What is your go-to order at @phorestaurant ?

Lunch At @the.salad.project
📍 Oxford Street, London

@the.salad.project allows you to customise and build your own salad bowl or pick from their curated menu of delicious options. Everything is super fresh and made to order!

I opted to customise and build my own bowl. All allergens were labelled including onion and garlic which made it super easy and stress-free to cater to my intolerances.

I had a mixed base of red rice, kale and spinach. With cucumber, tomatoes, charred sweetcorn, edamame and peas. I added maples walnuts which were absolutely divine. I opted for the green goddess salad dressing which finished it off perfectly.

I would definitely highly recommend eating at @the.salad.project especially if you have food intolerances. They have multiple locations dotted around London!

Have you ever rated at @the.salad.project before?

My gluten and lactose free, low fodmap coffee and walnut cake consists of two layers of a deliciously light and fluffy coffee sponge laced with chopped walnuts. The sponge layers are sandwiched together and topped with a light and creamy, strong strode flavoured buttercream. The cake is then decorated with chopped walnuts!

Dark Chocolate Chip Tahini Cookies!
#glutenfree #lactosefree #lowfodmap

My gluten and lactose free, low fodmap dark chocolate chip tahini cookies are delightfully soft and chewy with a lightly crisp outside that melts in your mouth. The tahini flavour adds a slight saltiness and subtle nutty taste that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the cookie and the dark chocolate chips. I then decorated the cookies with a drizzling of dark chocolate and a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds.

This recipe is by @simplyrecipes which I adapted to be gluten and lactose free and therefore low fodmap.
