POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We have a mission.. To better train those Law Enforcement Officers, Military members and Responsibly Armed Citizens who are willing to learn and improve their skills in firearms manipulation, speed and accuracy. A lot of hard work and time has gone into this and will continue to do that work but this shows us what we are doing here with IBX is working.. It's an honor to be a part of the @modern_samurai_project family as an Endorsed Instructor. This group of individuals all have the same goal and are insane shooters and instructors. Thanks again and keep us on the radar. More courses are coming!

We just wrapped up the red dot transition for the @cityofhavelock Police Department. It was an honor and privilege to be able to help the men and women of this agency learn to use a modern sighting system to help them start down the path of pushing speed and accuracy!

As Dallas would say, the vibes were immaculate and it was great seeing our good friend (Chief) Mike Broadwell. We kept the “I just wanna do hoodrat stuff with my friends” stories to a minimum, though there are many.

If your agency, team, or unit would like to inquire about this or any other type of training we offer, hit us up. We can customize a class just for you!

Next up, we’re hosting @modern_samurai_project in Tarboro on 10/17 and 10/18. Jump on that, especially if you’re within driving distance of Eastern North Carolina, there’s a couple spots left!

Yeah, it’s M&P Monday, but we held a Performance Carbine course last week that was just as 🔥

Great group of shooters pushing fundamentals AND movement!

Massive thanks to @vortexoptics for the Top Shot giveaway that day, and to all the other fine folks that support our mission to bring modern, quality training to Eastern North Carolina and beyond!

Up next, we’re hosting @modern_samurai_project this weekend! Jump online and grab the last couple of slots!!

☠️ W. E. R. E. B. A. C. K. ☠️

We’re finally back in the land of the long leaf pine after wrapping up another year in Palm Bay, FL at the @ialefi_official ATC. This year was an interesting one because we loaded so much additional stuff on the front end of the conference (see previous posts and the @battleofthebadges_official_ page).

We had some really cool opportunities this year, including taking a class from @josh_logan_guardian (@bonnerjojo and Nate earned a Triple Nickel coin), teaching a VERY shortened version of our performance pistol course, and handing out IBX Pistol Standard Patch number 7. James Hickey @threatfocusedsolutions all the way from the land down under scored a 5.5 HF on his run to earn the patch. First person from outside the U.S.!

We’re also very proud of the feedback we received from the course we taught. We’re working tirelessly to push law enforcement firearms training in a direction that will save more lives, and we’re proud to be a part of a group of instructors (too many to tag) that share that goal. This feedback is a reminder that we’re on the right path!

We also want it on record that due to some unforeseen circumstances, @bonnerjojo was forced to use a @smithandwessoninc M&P all week and he shot phenomenally with it.
@actofpiracy was not here to witness it, but there were videos. 😉

We’re on the range A LOT this week. We’ve got a private agency RDS transition and performance carbine on 10/8.

Hit the website, select a course, and get signed up!

On the first M&P Monday without it being 106* outside, we’d thought we’d get some fresh air. Those couple of leaves is about the best you’re gonna get in Southeastern North Carolina. Fresh holsters for these coming soon… 👀

We’ve been in Florida for the last several days taking part in a big array of training. Here’s a look at a couple shots from a 3-Day patrol rifle instructor course we were in.

This one was put on by the good folks at @safarilandgroup and @defensetechnologyacademy

We’re on the range at @ialefi_official all this week, as students AND instructors, so we’ll post some from that experience as well. We also participated in the @battleofthebadges_official_ competition the other day and that was sick!

Stick with us, we’ll upload stuff as we can.

We hope everyone has a safe week, and we’ll see you on the range soon! taken in Florida, USA by @ibxtactical_

When we say “handcrafted right here in the great State of North Carolina,” we mean it. While our primary mission is delivering high quality firearms training, don’t forget our original grind was building quality holsters you can depend on.

Here’s a sneak peek at a couple of custom Revenge AIWB holsters for a couple of good dudes. We source the best kydex, rivets, and screws and we mold, shape, cut, and finish each holster by hand right here in our shop in Eastern NC.

If you don’t see a color, pattern, or firearm on our website you want, hit us up and we can make it happen!

Remember that time we held a cool event and got to add someone to the Standard patch earner list? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

6. John Mastromonica @j.mastr09 - 5.85 HF - 9/10/26

5. Dallas Warren @actofpiracy - 5.51 HF - 5/27/26

4. Joseph Bonner @bonnerjojo - 5.6 HF - 3/20/26

3. Matt Holton @matt_holt20 - 5.92 HF - 3/20/26

2. Donovan Moore @point_1_tactics - 6.62 HF - 3/20/26

1. Adam Becker @akb762 - 5.54 HF - 12/21/25

0. Nate Lather @ibxtactical_ - 6.1 HF - 10/14/25

Head to the website, sign up for a class (most are free to law enforcement officers), and give it a run! 5.5 HF or higher earns a patch!

A glimpse of the giveaway table from this year’s LEO Range Day. Blessed beyond measure doesn’t even begin to describe the feeling we get.

We’re grateful to every single vendor and sponsor that made FREE top tier training available to 60 cops a reality.

We’re still processing pics and vids from LEO Range Day and recovering from a tough week here at the house. In the mean time, enjoy some smooth M&P Monday content from @actofpiracy ‘s stash. 🤣

Our next class is Performance Carbine on 10/8 and then we’re hosting @modern_samurai_project on 10/17 and 10/18 both in Tarboro. If you’ve been wanting to maximize your potential on the red dot sight, this is your shot! 🔴
