18 years with you! @2braveart that's crazy! This year flew by thank you for always being my ride or die! I mean that more than I ever . You are the most encouraging and supportive partner I could have ever asked for. You meet me on the mat. You meet me in the kitchen with coffee every morning💗 You know when I need rest and when my body needs recovery and you help me take care of myself knowing I am not the best at slowing down .You have encouraged me through my practice and my teaching journey reminding me that it's practice not perfection and we are learning together. You keep me laughing and dancing everyday . I love love u forever and always rada rada my best friend. by @icandream13

Thank you @houseofom.bali I keep growing and still everyday I am now teaching privates every week and This Tuesday I will be sub teaching a class at 7pm @stillnessyogastudio do thankful for the opportunity.

Just so everyone understands how it works lol just kidding it works because we love each other. We worked so hard this year more than ever at understanding what's important to eachother. 16 years with my best friend today. It doesn't get better than this. We laugh together every day! We garden together! We yoga together! Honestly I am spoiled daily it's part of my life and I don't take it for granted!! I am blessed to be so loved. I can't get enough of you @2braveart thank you for making me a Mitchell 16 years ago today. I love every part 💕 I can't believe we have came this far. My advice for those of you in new relationships is that if you want it to work out the way you want to is...you have to talk it out it seems so simple but if you want things to be one way you have to talk about it with each other period! We constantly communicate things that are working and things that aren't we are stronger than ever before because of this. Thank you for always listening @2braveart that means the world to me. Currently Drew is making me and the fam breakfast and I keep getting in trouble... For not listening lol I'm being mushy so it's ok. by @icandream13
