WHY STILLNESS EXISTS.

We believe there should be places in the world where you don’t have to rush.

Where you don’t have to perform.

Where you don’t have to be the strongest, most flexible, most experienced—or anything at all.

Just human.

Stillness was created as a space to breathe, move, listen, learn and reconnect.

Yoga and meditation may be what brings you through our doors.

But we hope you discover something deeper while you’re here.

A little more quiet.

A little more awareness.

A little more compassion for yourself and others .

And perhaps the reminder that you were never meant to do it all at once.

You can slow down.

You can take a breath.

You can begin again.

That is why Stillness exists.

And we’re so glad you’re here. 💕

✨ GET TO KNOW YOUR YOGA TEACHER: ANGIE! ✨🧘‍♀️💕

Sure, she can guide you through a Hatha yoga class on Thursdays at 6:15 pm and Sundays at 10 am … but what happens when Angie rolls up her mat and heads home? 👀

We asked Angie a few fun questions, and let’s just say… there’s more to this yogi than meets the eye! 😉

🍿 Something you might be surprised to learn:
She LOVES relaxing and winding down with… cartoons! 📺✨ Because sometimes the best self-care is getting cozy and watching Cartoon Network.

🎃 Current obsession:
ALL THINGS PUMPKIN SPICE! ☕🍂🎃
It’s officially Angie’s season.

✈️ Something she could talk about for hours:
Traveling… and her best friend, her hubby! ❤️🌎
She loves a good adventure—and an even better travel partner.

🧘‍♀️ Her signature yoga teacher move:
HAPPY BABY… ALL THE WAYS! 🙌
If you’ve taken Angie’s class, you already know!

And when she’s not teaching yoga, you can probably find Angie thrifting, dancing, or spinning her favorite vinyl records. 🎶💃🛍️

Basically… she’s equal parts zen, fun, vintage soul, pumpkin spice, and happy baby. 🥰

Now we want to know… What’s your favorite thing about taking Angie’s class? 👇💕

Awaken & Align Thursdays with Angie 6:15 pm

This Thursday, we’ll move through the energizing rhythm of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar C) to awaken strength, build inner heat, and invite vitality into the body.

From there, we’ll soften into the calming flow of Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar), giving the nervous system space to settle, the mind to quiet, and the body to reconnect with the ground beneath you.

There is something beautiful about experiencing both—effort and ease, activation and rest, sun and moon. Together, they create a practice that leaves you feeling both energized and deeply restored.

If your week has felt full, this is a beautiful way to reset, reconnect, and step into your weekend feeling balanced and renewed.

I can’t wait to share this practice with you. 🌞🌙

graduation, but make it gratitude
a little flexibility was gained
sweaty most of the time, showing up anyway

amazing humans, shared breaths, awkward poses,
and very loudly celebrated breakthroughs.

thank you to every single one of you —
we are yoga teachers!!
now let’s try to surrender, mf!

(could not tag everyone, hope you see this)

Happy anniversary @icandream13 thanks for sticking with me for 16 years! I'm so ready for more. I think I love her more everyday! I really do think I could spend all day writing about how much I needed her to come into my life and how much better my life became once I found her but, I think the best part is that we just keep growing and loving and learning about each other everyday. We focus on trying to make a happy life for each other and finding love in meeting the other persons needs and I think that's so special. I never thought this beautiful of a life was possible until I met you. I just wanna thank God and the universe for bringing you to this moment.. so if you'll let me I'd like to buy you iced coffee and take you thrifting.. oh and I'll feed you too I promise! I love love you forever Yogi! #anniversary #16years #love #radarada #cutiepizzle #yogi #mamabear #thelastone #forever #illfollowuintothedark

Tattooed my absolute favorite person on planet Earth this week thanks for sitting like a champ this time @icandream13
She said she needed a reminder to "Slow Down" so here's her little snail buddy to do the job. He doesn't have a name yet but I have a feeling that won't last long. #drewmitchelltattoos #planetinktattoos #mystyle #watercolorish #watercolorist #watercolortattoo #snail #naturetattoo #nature #gardengangster #slime

Remember remember it's 🔥 girl November! Happy Birthday to my absolute most favorite person on this planet! @icandream13 she's the best one and I love her so much. She doesn't ask for much, a trip to the beach or an apple orchard/baby goat extravaganza every once and while, a coffee date once a week.. but she gives back so much. She spent this last year starting new awesome denim craft projects, reconnecting with friends and family, and teaching yoga to three people who definitely needed the push (I'm one of them) and just in general being the constant inspiration to be better that she always is. I can't express how much she means to me no matter how much I write here.. I hope you have the happiest birthday and another great year on this big blue marble! #radarada #lovelove #yogi #cutiepizzle #babydoll #boobear #babyboo #cottonsmama #tiktokalopalypse #thecutestone #happybirthday #youllneverguess #eatyourheartsout #igotthelastone
