We had the honour of leading two amazing men, @jordanfstephens and @arrdeegram in a cold water dip last March.

It formed part of the MTV UK series 'In Search of Peace'.

Both men were amazing, in what were incredibly cold and challenging conditions. Full of positive vibes and courage.

Registration open for IceBreakers sessions! 💦

Join IceBreakers at one of 3 guided cold-water experiences next weekend in the beautiful freshwater pond at FORM.

We’ll start together on land with some simple movement and breathwork to warm the body and settle the mind, before heading into the water for a supported cold-water dip. We’ll then warm up together and finish with a moment to reconnect.

You don’t need to be an experienced cold-water dipper - just bring something to swim in, a towel, warm layers for afterwards and an open mind. ❤️

Autumn Camp is getting close. 🍂

2nd-4th October, we’re heading back to Campwell Farm for a weekend away from the everyday.

Cold water, movement, fires, great food, time outside and proper connection with other men.

Come on your own or come with a mate. You don’t need any experience and you don’t need to know anyone before you arrive.

Places are still available, but Camp is getting close - now’s the time to book.

One month to go. 🍂

This time next month we’ll be back at Campwell Farm for a weekend of cold water, movement, good food, time outside and proper connection.

IceBreakers Camp isn’t about pushing yourself harder or becoming a better version of yourself.

It’s a chance to step away from the everyday for a couple of days, spend time with other men and come home feeling a little clearer, steadier and more connected.

They climbed a mountain.

Actually…they climbed it four times. 🏔️💙

But this challenge was never really about the mountain.

It was about brotherhood.
Showing up.
Digging deep.
Supporting the bloke next to you when his legs had gone.

Together these legends have now raised close to £3,000 for IceBreakers, helping us create more free spaces where men can reconnect through nature, challenge and honest conversation.

“Inspirational IceBreakers”

Glenn (left) has been with us for over 5 years now. A keen cold water swimmer and a great IceBreaker personality. He has always wanted to swim from Dundas to our home at Warleigh Weir (2.4km). However he’s never felt confident to do so.

Last year another Icebreaker - Tom did a charity swim, swimming the route every Sunday morning for 5 consecutive weeks totalling over 10km!

This year Tom has upped his challenge and is hoping to swim 25km to raise funds for @gutscharityuk

Taking inspiration from Tom, Glen overcame his fears and joined Tom on his swim this morning!

Another great example of our supportive and inspirational community.
