Visiting the ABSURDLY BEAUTIFUL Cosmic House @thecosmichouse by #charlesjencks and experiencing this post-modern living manifesto with @idkingston @kingston.school.of.art this week was a great pleasure as a post-modern geek. The 21yo bachelor student in me reading Venturi and later Jencks himself must be proud

Intricate details and deliberately ironic choices pop up in every corner, colour schemes, finishings and special arrangements. A true masterpiece 💥

Thank you @krista.zz for organising this!

We are very proud to have four of our graduates shortlisted for this year’s Interior Educators Awards!
We could have nominated so many projects this year. We often get it wrong, so many great projects from across the UK to compete with, the judges don’t always get it right, but… Go Kingston!

Really looking forward to the awards ceremony 6pm this Thursday 2nd July at MillerKnoll, Clerkenwell.
You can see our work and the brilliant work being produced from across the UK on www.interioreducators.co.uk

1-3 Amelia McIntyre’s multimedia design process for a progressive publishers and night club shortlisted for the IE Award for Innovation Practice and Process
4-5 Pamela Sanchez Rodriguez’s response to violence against women shortlisted for the IE Award for Social and Cultural Agency
6-7 Maja Rutkowska’s bringing together of generations shortlisted for the IE Conference Award: Imagining Interiors
8 B Warwick's exploration of tea culture, ritual and space shortlisted for the IE Award for Critical Writing in Interior Practice
9 B Warwick’s thesis project was long listed for the IE Award for Spatial Experience and Interior Response…..eye wateringly brilliant!
10 Vienna Andre’s thesis project was long listed for the IE Award for Material and Environmental Resolution… and is Fabulous!
