Masters Olympia 2025! What a wonderful feeling to be on stage with the best of the best in the masters bodybuilding world. Such an accomplishment that took me years to attain, and I got to be on the stage for the second time since masters Olympia has been back. I am truly blessed and grateful. Thank you to my Coach @ashlyn_ifbbpro of @teamalphaaesthetics for being my cheerleader, supporter, coach, and friend. And especially thank you for taking me on just a few weeks before the Olympia. You made the process easy and detailed exactly what you expected of me and what we were going to do. You took the guest work out of all the planning which eased my anxiety more than you could ever imagine. Thank you to my teammate @ja9fit for all your encouragement, help and friendship. You have no idea how much I appreciate you. thank you to the promoters @team_fwj and @mastersolympiaofficial for having this amazing event for the athletes. I felt amazing on stage in my @toxicangelzbikinis suit, as well as the makeup tutorial the morning of the show from Yaneth Gray MUA; you are a lifesaver and to @amberengle.ifbbpro for doing my hair at the last minute. I am finally getting to post this. I did not have the video so I had to screenshot it. The videos from finals at Daytona Pro. I had an amazing time at the show and I’m happy to say that I won the over 50 provision, I took third in the over 45 and six in the over 40. I felt great and I peaked great for the show. I do think that I lost some of my pop due to being on stage for so long. Lesson learned. Overall, my Coach @ashlyn_ifbbpro and I was extremely excited about my package. Thank you. @pcs_photography__ for these awesome pictures. Thank you you too. @hotspotcompetitiontanning for my tan as it was perfect and thank you. You too @stylesbyK @_jayant1_ is the absolute best!! ❤️. I know have 37 pro wins, but as of this year have not yet requalified for masters of Olympia. I will get another shot at it this weekend at The Kentucky Bourbon Pro!! by @ifbbpro_aruscilli

Finally able to post on Masters Worlds. I was waiting for official pics and videos but still have not received them; however I have these!!! So this was the first time my coach @ashlyn_ifbbpro was able to be at one of my shows. It was so wonderful having her here so I need to thank her for staying another day for the masters classes. I had an absolutely great experience at the show. From the Tan @olympia.tanning to the Hair and Makeup @amberpacholok and the suit which snapped that I was able to fix with fishing line thanks to my Coach for getting for me, it was a wonderful experience. My gorgeous suit was made by @suitsyoucomp and they are currently fixing that strap for me so that I can wear it again. Lol the response was quick and their work is amazing. Thank you to all those involved. I felt like a princess. I won the over 50 Pro class and place ninth in the masters over 40; therefore, I have not qualified for masters Olympia yet, but there is more to come. I’ve grown more this year and gotten over so many adversities; I know I can do this. The person I have become is so determined i’m very proud of what I’ve accomplished. To be able to compete and not be in pain, is the best feeling. Thank you to the Head Judge @williambru42 for your comments and feedback. I will continue to work and become a better athlete. Thank you to all the judges who were there that weekend as I know it was an extremely long weekend for you all. Thank you to my family and friends for all your support. I feel this is the best package I’ve brought to date and I know that I can improve. One last thank you to @justin_hokams of @biogenrestoration for all your guidance, support and help with balancing my hormones. by @ifbbpro_aruscilli

Prejudging today at 3pm. Unfortunately my suit connector snapped on the bottoms. Coach and I are trying to find some fishing line to fix it. Stay tuned hopefully I’ll get to be on stage. For the first time in forever, I only brought one suit. Wish me luck! #suitroblems by @ifbbpro_aruscilli

What an amazing weekend! I had a blast competing in Tulsa for the showdown of champions. Big thanks to @eileenburkecalabrese who put on a fabulous show. The pros were treated like queens. I ended with a fourth place finish in the over 40 pro division as well as a fourth place finish in the over 35 pro division. I really wanted that Olympia qualification; however, I felt fabulous on stage. For the first time in two years, I was not in pain and this was definitely the best package I’ve put on stage. Thank you to my coach @ashlyn_ifbbpro for all your help and support. I appreciate all that you do. I I would also like to thank @jack_r_sullivan and @estergfitness for all the positive feedback you gave me this show and Jack, I still remember the words you said to me in Texas back in 2021. Your words and feedback have met so much to me over the last 8 years. I’ve actually now been competing for 35 years. It has been a crazy ride, and I’ve loved every minute of it. Its official!!!! 🤪 I brought back the red!!! In fact this is the suit by @suitsyoucomp that I wore for the first Masters of Olympia in Romania 2023 where I placed 11th in the World for masters over 40 and 1st in the World for masters over 50. Last but not least I really wanna thank my friend @da_original_kia_ifbbpro for all your love and support. Prejudging at The Showdown of Champions is a wrap. There were 8 of us in the first callout of the Masters over 40. I was moved to split Center then moved to the first place position and stayed therefor 3 turns to the back then finally moved out switching places with the gal next to me. I felt amazing. This was definitely my best look. I did not compete in my age group because I want so badly to requalify for Masters Olympia. I felt amazing up there. I’ve had so many issues from having microneedling with RF to the back and inside of my legs back in 2024 after qualifying for the 2025 Masters Olympia. The nurse practitioner went to deep and caused adhesions into the muscle creating both muscle and nerve damage to my hamstring and abductors. The pain has been so bad that it’s caused horrible impingement symptoms in my hips. I could not squat to reach into the cupboard, I could not do any kind of walking without pain. For the last two years I’ve been doing scraping, cupping, everything that I can think of to break up those adhesions, and I finally just started doing gentle tissue mobility, which is finally working. My pain is nearly gone, and it feels wonderful. The skin still shows the track marks from the micro needling, but even that is getting better. There was puckering and pitting in the back and inside of my legs, which is now finally resolving. I will have it gone by next year; I am confident in that. The reason I bring this up is to warn other women against having microneedling with radio frequency done to the back of their legs. The FDA did come out with a statement in 2025 that it has the potential to cause muscle and nerve damage. Apparently, I am not even a good candidate for the procedure because of my low body fat and did not help my skin. It made it 10 times worse. I am just happy to be healing. Like I said, this was the best look I’ve had on stage this year. I’m so blessed to be able to do what I love once again. I feel like my symmetry, hair and makeup as well as my structural balance was on point. Next time you see me on stage, I will be even better! 🙌🙌🙌🤗🫶🏻.
