camera roll from Show Weekend 📸

this weekend has taught me a lot about myself as an athlete and who I’m becoming. a week before i decided to compete in a show i did not plan on…

why?

because i wanted to challenge myself. I wanted to compete to test my confidence and gain experience in a sport i love. i wanted to challenge my discipline, motivation and commitment.

what did i learn?

that I’m more confident in who I’m becoming and embracing where I’m at in this journey. where i need to grow and talking with my trainer on how we can get there.

yes you compete against other amazing woman in this sport but for this show i was competing against myself. and turns out I’m better then i was the last time i walked across a stage and that’s all i could ask for.

This is a marathon, not a sprint.

I could’ve never done this without the support of my @sciotopower team and trainer. I could’ve never done this without the help of @ifbbpro_aruscilli who stood by my side when i decided to do this last minute. I could’ve never done this without @only_fit_tme (who won OVERALL FIGURE).

what an amazing experience and onto the next one🏅
