First and foremost, I want to thank my family for their continuous support throughout this journey—especially my mom. ❤️ God bless her for me. Your prayers, love, and care give me strength every single day, and I’m forever grateful to have you in my life. 🌹

To my girl @diana_difit ❤️ Huge billions of thanks will never be enough for you. Since 2018 you’ve always been by my side—supporting, motivating, loving, and caring. From the very first day until now, you’ve had my back in every step of this journey. I’m truly lucky and blessed to have you in my life, and I love you with all my heart. 🌹

To my soulmate in life, my brother from another mother @ahmadedelbii —God bless you always, you are a true blessing in my life 🙏💯

A special thank you as well to Gym @kalibrfit for creating such a great atmosphere during this prep. And especially to @hamoud_a85 —thank you for all the support you gave me, especially in the last weeks before the show. I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me.

Huge billions of thanks to all my gym mates, friends, followers, fans, and everyone who prayed for me, believed in me, and stood by me. I can’t find the words to thank you enough—but without you, I would never be at this level today, competing in the Men’s Open among the greatest athletes in the world 🌍💪

Also, a very special thanks to @mustafaalhatim204 for supporting me in every way he could. 🙌 by @ifbbpro_sultan_raydan

I watched football all these years because of you.
You made me fall in love with this beautiful game.

Football will go on, but it will never feel the same without you.

Thank you for everything, Leo. 🐐💔

Bulk or prep mode the lifts don’t change. Same heavy weight. Same intensity. Same execution. Keep lifting like you’re trying to grow, even when you’re getting peeled

You can build a powerful physique alone, but you don’t build a powerful circle by accident. 🦍❤️‍🔥

Grateful for these guys who made my day more than just a celebration. Good hearts, real bonds, and the kind of people you’re proud to have beside you.

The weights make us stronger. The right people make life better.

Much love, brothers. This one meant a lot. @kalibrfit

And to everyone who posted a story, sent me a DM, called, or simply remembered my day — thank you from my heart

PROUD COACH MOMENT 🏆🇵🇭

Congratulations to my athlete on winning the PCA Philippines Overall Championship! 🥇

I know how much work, sacrifice, discipline, and consistency went into this moment. We had a plan, we trusted the process, and today you proved that the hard work was worth it.
