Has Mina found her flow state? Because she’s looking more at home in the air than on the ground. 😂

Ever wondered what it’s like to defy gravity?

Getting the opportunity to go to the @supergirlpro event was incredible!! I got to meet SO many amazing women in sports, wellness, and even STEM!! I caught up with the amazing team at @iflyvabeach Virginia Beach to talk about the power of hands-on STEM learning. Being at this event is one of my favorite parts of my outreach. Getting to be out in the field, boots on the ground with inspiring women-owned businesses and organizations empowering the next generation as well as the girl’s themselves!

While iFly shows the physics of flight in their wind tunnels, at @spacetrekgirls, the girls satisfy their curiosity in a decked out pink lab where they learn to build and solder their own circuit boards, launch a satellite like device, capture real-time data, and present their findings. Many of the SpaceTrek Alumni set their sights on space systems engineering and careers in aerospace. I’m so thrilled and grateful to be apart of a program that continues to expand beyond Kentucky after amazing programs at West Virginia Wesleyan College this past summer! And for me, THIS is everything I’ve been working so hard for🥹 I was buzzing for days after this event and I can’t wait to do more! Stay tuned because I’m going somewhere else cool this weekend!! A huge thank you to @iflyvabeach for all the incredible work you all do! #SpaceTrek #womeninstem #STEM #aerospace #womeninspiringwomen by @iflyvabeach

Our final routine from the Super Girl opening night. After several hours of training together, I’m happy with how this turned out. Always trying to bring more people together to create, innovate, and work together. This is what makes flying so fulfilling. Thank you all for working with me and contributing to such a great event ✨

Huge shoutout to @fun_fly_with_mike for the technical production behind the scenes and your support always 🤍 by @iflyvabeach

We’ve been busy over here! I had the privilege of putting together the flying performances for the Super Girl Festival hosted in Virginia Beach. I’m proud of the ladies who came out to work with me, train, and put on a show for an impressive roster of professional female athletes. This was an opportunity to present our sport to a wider audience, mentor those just getting started, and encourage more people to chase the challenge. Way to go girls! 💪

When you get the chance to train with one of the best freestyle flyers in the world… and somehow she makes YOU feel like you’re the best. 🥹💗

Training with @lenkaimwunderland was obviously incredible, but what I’ll remember most is the way she celebrated every little win like it was the BIGGEST deal. The screams from the sidelines, the jumping up and down, the cheering through the glass… 😂📣

She didn’t just teach me new things, she made me feel confident enough to try them.

There’s something pretty special about someone you look up to believing in you that loudly. 🥹🪽

Thank you, Lena, for being an amazing coach, the loudest cheerleader in the tunnel, and for making me feel simply the best. 💗✨ by @iflyvabeach
