Not only has she inspired and encouraged her mom to come participate and join as a member, she has been an example of what taking control of your health and wellness looks like. You never know who you may motivate. Some days I work out solo. Some days it may be me and one other person. Other days I end up working out with a whole different group. Today before I could even go do anything else, they asked me, “You working out with us today?” 😂 I told them yeah, and hearing them say that I motivate them to push harder and do things they normally wouldn’t do really meant something to me. A great community is everything, and the community here is definitely a great one. Everybody pushes each other, encourages each other, and makes the work a little better.
