First full #Hyrox simulation!! I finished in 2 hours and 28 minutes. I definitely cried several times but I didn’t give up. Quitting was not an option. I pushed through the pain. Thank you to my trainers and workout buddies for the encouragement along the way. TIME TO STRETCH AND RECOVER!!! @ignitedforce @bergeronlorie @insecure_fitness @datgirlstrong

First FULL Partner HYROX Simulation! 🔥🔥 I feel GOOD!

One team. One pace. One goal.
We pushed, encouraged, and challenged each other through every run, every station, and every tough moment. When one of us started to fade, the other stepped up. When it got hard, we dug deeper—together. 💪🏾 BUT 🤬 THEM WALL BALLS!!!

This is what partner HYROX is about: trust, teamwork, and bringing out the best in each other.

My goal is under 2 hours! Need ro work on lunges, wall balls and running faster-TOGETHER! Those in training make sure you have the right shoes to run, push, & pull!

Race day is coming. WE’RE READY TO WORK! 🏃🏾‍♀️🔥🏋🏾‍♀️

You never know who you may motivate.

Some days I work out solo. Some days it may be me and one other person. Other days I end up working out with a whole different group.

Today before I could even go do anything else, they asked me, “You working out with us today?” 😂 I told them yeah, and hearing them say that I motivate them to push harder and do things they normally wouldn’t do really meant something to me.

A great community is everything, and the community here is definitely a great one. Everybody pushes each other, encourages each other, and makes the work a little better.

Just another reminder that you never know who’s watching, who you’re inspiring, or who you’re helping push a little further just by showing up and being yourself 💪🏾
