Everyone in this room including myself had a day one.
A first class. A first bridge. A first “I can’t believe I finished that.”

Tonight it was storming in Naples. Every excuse to stay home was right there. Nobody came anyway… except everyone did. 🌧️

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing up to my class. You showed up for yourself.

And two more people had their day one taking my class Inferno Hot Pilates at OFC. They didn’t wait for perfect weather. They just walked in. 🔥

Missing my workout buddy extra hard today and every day I go workout. The truth is — the burn is easier when someone’s sweating next to you. Friends who show up for the hard stuff make you show up too.

But here’s what I’ve learned: motivation gets you to class. Discipline keeps you coming back — even when your person isn’t there. So you roll out the mat anyway. You do the work anyway. And you save them a spot for when they’re back 💖

Here’s what nobody tells you about Inferno Hot Pilates — the workout isn’t really about your body. It’s about your mind.

When it’s 95 degrees, your legs are shaking, and the timer says 20 more seconds or 2 rounds left— that’s the moment that matters. Not because of the squat. Because you’re training your brain to stay when everything says quit.
