Last night, something shifted.

Fifteen Black and Brown men gathered at our new home, Grae Wellness, for our June I KNEW THEN: THE MEN’S CIRCLE gathering.

For some, it was the first time they had experienced community like this.

As men of color, we need more spaces where we can simply be—spaces for reflection, honest conversation, and connection. A place to explore emotional awareness, identity, relationships, and intentional living.

This isn’t therapy. It’s a sacred space where Black and Brown men can show up honestly—with themselves and with one another.

If you’ve been looking for a place to connect, reflect, and be seen, we’d love to have you at the next gathering.
