Wednesday was another beautiful Vitals & Vision.

Big thank you to @chadscotthere @iknewthen and @chrisfactor for sharing your insight, wisdom, and support. And especially for creating space for real, honest conversations.

Thank you to @coffeeupliftspeople for giving us a space where we can show up, be vulnerable, and connect.

And of course, thank you to @nowincluded_ and @completehealthventures for helping us stay connected to the resources, information, and support that keep our health moving forward. 🙌🏾

This is what Vitals & Vision is all about: good conversations, real connections, and pouring into one another.

Until next time!

Labor Day is a time to recognize the work we do. But it’s also a reminder that we can’t pour from an empty cup.

We spend so much time pouring into our families, our communities, and our work. But who’s pouring into you?

This Labor Day, make room for rest, reconnection, and your own well-being. Because taking care of yourself is part of the work, too.

That’s what we’re talking about at:

Vitals & Vision: Who’s Pouring Into You? Building Relationships That Give Back.
📅 Wednesday, September 16
⏰ 6 PM
📍 @coffeeupliftspeople

Come connect, reflect, and talk about the relationships that help us thrive.
