A couple weeks ago I went looking for music.

I came home with pieces of myself.

Somewhere between the bass, the dust, the late-night conversations, and the moments spent completely present in my own skin, I remembered that life isn’t something we’re meant to watch from the sidelines.

It’s something we’re meant to feel.

And maybe the biggest lesson was this: we’re still meant to play.

Somewhere along the way, so many of us learned that being an adult meant being serious all the time. Productive. Responsible. Busy. But I don’t think we were ever meant to stop dancing, laughing until our stomachs hurt, making new friends, getting dirty, being curious, or staying up too late because we’re having too much fun.

Play isn’t a distraction from life.

It’s part of being fully alive.

Grateful for the people, the lessons, the magic, and the reminder that joy is not something we earn after all the work is done. It’s something we’re meant to experience along the way.

Tonight’s lunar eclipse in Pisces feels less like a beginning, more like an exhale😅

For almost two years, eclipses have moved through the Virgo-Pisces axis, teaching us the space between control and surrender. Virgo asked us to structure, discern, tend to details. Pisces asked us to soften, trust what we couldn’t see, let go of timelines and identities that were being forced.

Somewhere in between, we learned healing needs both. The ritual and the surrender.

Think back to September 2024. Who were you then. What were you gripping so tightly. What’s finally dissolved since.

Tonight isn’t asking you to manifest something new. It’s just asking you to notice how far you’ve come, and let the last pieces go✨

HEY UNIVERSE, ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?

A few days ago (the day after the peak of the lionsgate portal) I fell down my stairs and split open my shin and now this on the total solar eclipse…

I think I need to be wrapped in bubble wrap 🫠

Also, you have permission to laugh at this video🤣 The divorced dad rock playing in the background absolutely adds comedic value 😂😭

Here to tell ya, it’s okay to get mad and angry. In fact, you should get really really pissed off sometimes.

I think we get so caught up in the “soft” parts of healing that we put the ugly intense harsh parts of healing on the back burner.

Think of a tea kettle. As the water heats up, pressure builds. It whistles. It gets loud. And if you ignore it long enough, it’ll eventually boil over and make a mess in the kitchen.

Your anger is the water.
Your life is the kitchen.

Don’t wait until everything starts spilling over before you let the pressure out. Feel it. Move it. Express it in a way that doesn’t harm yourself or others. by @illi.milli

I’ve had plenty of vices but my worst one is vaping 😅

it’s one bad habit that I just can’t seem to kick.

I’ve quit several times and I always say it’ll be the last time, but it never is☠️

So, this time I used the power of the full moon…. Let’s make this time stick🤝
