Il nostro chef @lucagrimaldi_chef si è fatto ispirare dai colori e le geometrie di @markrothkoart

Un risotto come tela: bianco, essenziale, costruito sull’intensità di un’acqua di croste di formaggio e mantecato al burro di capra.
Le polveri in superficie tracciano campi di colore ispirati a Mark Rothko: strati, profondità, emozione pura nel piatto.
